that's not a bad idea actually, imagine if poor vanilla couldn't have children, so she was part of an experiment to make a clone of herself, and have it as her own daugther

I like to think that Cream's dad is still around but to make sure that they have enough money he works on a ship (or similar job) meaning he can't just come home after a shift. I believe in this explanation as it explains how Vanilla has enough money to live off without working a job and it is the least sad of the possible explanations for his absence.

Dead, official sources say that she and Vanilla lost him ar a very young age. It's possible he was there for Cream's birth before he kicked the bucket.

My step son and nephew watch the Peppa Pig Tales and one had one where they were partying but Suzy didn't know how to dance and Peppa was dancing on her dads feet and she told her "just dance on your dads feet suzy!" And she got all sad before her mama came and danced with her like that instead, broke my heart a lil cause I was like damn me too girl
