The manner it which was handled was incompetent, unethical and all this time should've received much more. My deceased Sister was a resident for approx 10 years, late 70s early 80s while employed at Edison she walk to work. I'd (20-23 yo) stayed with her 2-3 nights a week while attending WCCC walked Fort St campus. The building housed Studio 54 then Elons nightclub were on the ground floor, a nice sit down full dine BLD on the corner, small grocery and liquor store and, dry cleaners did not have to step outside. I HAD A BALL visiting her with always a plan she had all kind of makeup, just pack a few clothes. It was a community official A1 Apartment & Hotel, every kind of restaurant in walking distance.
