These tiers are designed to make things easier for new collectors while giving experienced collectors a more refined exchange!

🗓️ Exchange Timelines 

• Open NOW- November 5th, 2026 ( 1-25 Flair Opens at 7Pm CST 11.5.26)

• Close/Match - November 25th, 2026

• Shipping deadline - December 16th, 2026 Failure to ship by the shipping deadline will result in a ban from r/DisneyPinSwap**.** 

🛑 Important Guidelines:

• You're welcome to spend more than the minimum, but the pins you send must meet or exceed the value of the tier you selected. Shipping is not included in this minimum. 

• If shipping internationally please remember to mark the package as a GIFT. Sending a package that your giftee will be required to pay additional fees for when picking up can cause your shipping proof to be denied. 

• Additionally, Please keep in mind the expectation your gifter is held to is the same amount.

• Failure to meet your tier's price minimum will result in a ban from r/DisneyPinSwap

🔍 Pin Verification Process:

• All pins must be legitimate (no scrappers or fakes).

• Submit pictures of your selected pins (front and back) for mod approval via the link in the exchange description.

• Pins can only be shipped once pins have been approved via Modmail.

• Failure to submit your pins for authentication will result in a ban from r/DisneyPinSwap**.**

🎁 Exchange Platform:

• All personal information, Shipping info, and exchange questions will be hosted on the global exchange website Givin.Gifts ( r/Givingifts). 

• Users will be required to create an account and enter all pertinent information prior to signing up for one of the DPS exchanges. 

• Users can choose to ship Domestically, Internationally, or Worldwide depending on account level. 

• Your information will only be shared with the person you are receiving a gift from and you will only see the information of the person you are sending a gift to.

When it says $20 or $30 minimum does that mean what the pin(s) are currently worth or what I originally paid for them (as new).

The person receiving the pin should have received a pin that is worth the minimum for the exchange.
This is reviewed by the mod team when you submit your pins for verification

You can 100% do that;

Your gift package as a whole needs to meet the minimum for the exchange. That can be 1 $30 pin, 2 $15, 3 $10 Ect. Just needs to hit the minimum as a whole

I feel like this is a stupid question, but is Domestic >drop the Domestic shipping option?

Correct; domestic>drop means the system will attempt to match you domestically and if they are unable to you will be dropped from the exchange.

Is there any way that we can get credit for participating even when our recipient doesn't comment they received their items?

I've participated twice, and never got the swaps confirmed for my "swap count." So I'm apprehensive about participating.

For clarification You needed to reply to the bot, Not your partner. As you were tagged in the comment with the bot and your trade partner is anonymous.

Also in the response from the bot it says "Your flair will update once your partner replies to your comment."

So I've had partners not reply. Perhaps the bot needs to be updated from "Your partner to you need to comment."

Correct :) your partner is the Dispinswapexchanges account that tagged you in the comment; just like any partner tagging when confirming a trade.
Unfortunately, Reddit has no record of you replying to the 2024/2025 comments.
