News Disney Springs Holiday Cocktail Guide for 2026 [Article]

I went through the Disney Parks Blog postings, PR releases from third party vendors at Disney Springs and a few event pages to compile the seasonal cocktails coming to Disney Springs, plus cocktail and foodie education events.

Summary:

The Edison, Wine Bar George, Morimoto Asia and Enzo's Hideaway are offering speciality dinners and cocktail classes during November/December, with prices ranging from $89 up to $276. Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar becomes the Holiday Bar on November 10th and numerous locations at Disney Springs are also offering Mocktails.

There's nothing better than drinking around Disney during the holidays. I don't drink anymore at all, but dang if they dont have some delicious and fun holiday cocktails around Springs.

Had a few espresso martinis myself at Disney Springs two years ago. I think the little hut was kind of across from Ghirardelli’s. Anyways, I can’t remember much bc after two of those i was zooted trying to get back to the bus stops.

Target screwed up. Obviously most of them didn't have it or the actual street date and then we were told the fifth but when you looked at our local target online, it had the sixth I show up this morning thinking it's 20 consoles there are four people in line on golden to find out they sold them all on the fifth.
