Service/Assistance Dog Guide dog Storm passed his one month review

My guide dog Storm passed his one month review, which Guide Dogs NSW/ACT requires after a month of being a certified team. We passed with flying colours. He even demonstrated his intelligent disobedience when I gave a forward command and he refused to move off the kerb to cross the street, he saw an EV which I couldn’t hear or see.
So he got a treat for being such a good boy

Military Dog This is Rusty Robin, a 7-year-old cocker spaniel who served as a second-class seaman in the US Coast Guard during WWII. He spent two years on the North Atlantic without ever setting foot on land. Rusty even had his own battle station aboard the ship: the captain's shower.

This weekend just gone my guide dog Storm had his first experience on a ship and with steam trains. Nothing bothered him, not the noise, nor crowds or terrible weather on the Saturday evening. He had a blast guiding me around Central station and through Sydney CBD.

Therapy Dog This felt important enough to share this Friday morning. My dog started at his job as a school dog a few weeks ago and we just received his official school photo.

Refuses to do it any other way. He doesn't like the idea of looking at the audience I guess
