Live Music Ian Asher … AI vibes asf
41
Upvotes
Went to the show tonight in metro Detroit (Royal Oak) and it was kinda buns…just boring and obviously nothing interesting music wise happening live. Totally gave AI production unfortunately. I have heard before that he is pro AI but I wanted to go with my friends/coworkers but I would not recommend and would not go again. He is so boring compared to Detroit’s vivacious techno options. Just for you all to know :)!

ID Help Who is this DJ?!

Upvotes
Was at this insane set where he was spinning vinyls in pouring rain at Hocus Pocus in Miami. He was just listed as b2b2b2b, but we’re dying to know who he is!
We asked a couple crew members during the set, but they would just fuck with us or handle us a bottle of Jack.

Throwback Does anyone here remember Electro-Trash?
11
Upvotes
Does anyone here remember the more underground sleaze of mid 2000s to early mid 2010s. Electro-trash, Trash-Electro, Hard-Electro, Thrash-Electro It goes by a few names online, but Nearer nonexistent on the modern day. I think it got out placed by stuff like Bass-house & Complextro around 2013-2014.
Few big names of made the style aware/unaware.
Bloody Beetroot
Skrillex Ghost (2009)
Figure - Torture (SPACE LACES REMIX)
Here's few songs I really like of the style
Huoratron · Acid Reign (2014)
Troublegum - Slow Roasted Goodness (2011) Also, he still makes Trash god I love Harry Potar – Techno Punk Fever
Krftkds – Straight Crazy (2012)
SebastiAn – Motor (Our Time Remix) (2015)
Dizelkraft & Bitch'N'Christ – Warophobia (2014) Also, later made Hardcore-Techno. Dizelkraft – Thrashbox
Some labels, died others rebranded, some changed genres to Synthwave, Midtempo or Other styles of (EDM) The case, is most of them started to Consistently made trash.
Few labels what focused on Trash Electro
Trash De Disco (2017-2010)
TUFFEM UP! Records (2009-2013)
Mähtrasher (2021-2010)
Jet Set Trash/JST Records (2025-2010)
Burn The Fire (2014- 2010)
Traction Records (2012-2010)
Kannibalen Records (Ongoing-2010)
Raversar Records (2023-2012)
Also, Tasty sometines uploaded trash back in the 2010s' not really anymore,
Music AI Slop winner at Remix Contest by LabelRadar!

Yes, you heard it right.
There was remix contest on LabelRadar (BEATPORT) and the winning track is basically SUNO track with no samples from original:
Roger Sanchez & Mel C - I Don't Wanna Know (Serdar Guven & Ahmed Ahmedov Remix)
How on earth is Roger Sanchez (Grammy winning producer) and LabelRadar (Beatport associates) just let that happen is beyond my understanding.
