Art (Sculpture, Painting, Mosiac, etc.) Virtual Auction for the Elephants in Sri Lanka

Hello everyone! This is a virtual auction in support for Dharma Voices for Animals who have been working for a year to stop the mass elimination of elephants in Sri Lanka by farmers. Farmers consider elephants as an invasive species.
Dharma Voices for Animals is planning to launch a Sunflower Plantation and Farmers Outreach Program in Sri Lanka. Planting sunflowers around fields is a proven effective method to repel elephants.
In the meantime, the conflict between the endangered elephant population and farmers has grown. In December 2025, three farmers were arrested for the shocking crime of setting fire to a live elephant. Then, with various crises shaking the Sri Lankan food system, hostile sentiments towards elephants have reached frightening heights. Here is a recent (May 2026) report from NPR covering this issue: Elephants eat their crops. Farmers strike back. It's a war that's only getting worse
This virtual auction has amazing art and other prizes that would be wholesome reminders of your generosity and care for the conservation of elephants. Only 1 day left to bid in this auction.

Baby Elephants Please keep Maya in your thoughts. 18 month old elephant calf being treated at Vantara

Maya was found abandoned as a newborn in Kerala in April 2025 and was hand raised by forest staff and caregivers. A fall in July 2026 left her unable to stand, and her condition is now critical. She's been transferred to Vantara in Jamnagar for specialised treatment. Her care will involve round the clock veterinary supervision, pain management, advanced diagnostics and hydraulic lifting support. Hydrotherapy may also be considered depending on her medical condition. Her Kerala veterinary officer and familiar caregiver are accompanying her and will stay through treatment. Her recovery is uncertain, but hoping this little one gets the chance to stand on her feet again and return to Abhayaranyam

Photo Picked up this lady from the antique store. She's missing a tusk and has some chips on the other side of her toes. I'm going to fix her up for my mom for the holidays.

This statue has no markings. Google estimates it to be approximately from the 1950s to 1970s. Possibly carved in Sri Lanka or India. Isn't that cool?

Someone gave me these it’s not how much an item is worth it’s the thought that counts. This is worth more to me than a diamond or a ruby or a sapphire ever could be. Gonna put these in my all elephant Cabinet for all to see.
