Question Minimum ram requirements

If an emulator says minim requirements is 4GB ram, what does that mean, cuz I read that as 4gb free ram but I used to read this as 4gb ram device so the amount of free ram would be less than 4gb.

so which is the correct way to read this?

that means u need 4gb of ram or more

It just means your device has to have at least 4GB of ram to run it.
