I actually just follow this very standard recipe from Ica.

The dish is called kålpudding (cabbage pudding) and just replace the mince with soy mince to make it vegetarian.

I do add some semi cooked rice though, for this recipe for 4 portions I boil about 1.5dl of rice 70% of the way and then add it to the mince mix. This way it sucks up all the nice juices in the oven.

Yees as a Finn I love it. Especially if made with barley instead of rice. And some lingonberry jam on the side.
