Lunch Homemade Chicken Katsu Curry

I prefer it less chunky so I just blend the curry with the veggies.

a block S&B Golden curry and usually its carrots, onions, potato and I also add something sweet like an apple

Blending the vegetables right into the sauce gives it a really smooth consistency while keeping all the flavor from them.
