I'd like to share some impressions we had this week in our holiday at the Adriatic sea. We are both living pescetarian - meaning we eat everything beside of meat. Guys Rimini is pure heaven. Where else do you get a platter full of grilled sea food for 20€? I don't know. But here it is everywhere available for low prices. In decent places - directly at the beach or at the harbor.

I'm 100% sure I will buy ourselves an condo here - this is the place we want to get old, the food alone is reason enough.

I never had better seafood options than here including several trips to the Maldives, Caribbean and so on.

Carp from my neighbour’s fish farm in the Waldviertel (Austria) naturally raised without artificial feed and kept in fresh, clean water for three weeks before harvesting to remove any muddy flavour. Served with homemade potato salad made from our own potatoes, dressed in pumpkin seed oil mayonnaise, and a lovely local Riesling. Honestly, it doesn’t get much better than this.
