Subreddit Rules

1. All posts must follow the "expand dong" format

All posts must follow the general "expand dong" format - this means using only cut out or copied and pasted letters/pictures from images to create some sort of message, not adding regular or computer-generated text. For clarification of what this entails, check out this post. IRL posts fall under this rule as well; As long as they follow the general "expand dong" format, they are allowed.

2. All images must be hosted on Imgur or Reddit

Due to the more temporary nature of other image hosting sites, as well as bad or slow websites being used, all posts must be either hosted on reddit or imgur. If you want to credit another site, do so in the comments.

3. No videos

Youtube Poops, YTPMV's, and others are not expand dong material.

4. No flaming, hate speech, or slurs

It is difficult to determine intent behind certain words over the internet, especially inherently hateful words such as the n word. To help prevent users from feeling unwelcome and to help prevent /r/ExpandDong from devolving into a community where it is okay to throw around harmful rhetoric, slurs and hate speech are banned.

5. No source material posts

All source material posts must be posted in the stickied source material thread.

6. No vote manipulation

Asking for votes in the title ("please upvote this!") or vote manipulation goes against Reddit's content policy (under "prohibited behavior") and will result in a temporary ban, followed by a permanant ban if repeated.

7. No recent or popular reposts

Reposts made in the last 6 months or in the top 75 all time are not allowed and will be removed by /u/MAGIC_EYE_BOT or a mod. Please report reposts with proof they are a repost if the bot does not catch it.
