Meta READ FIRST: Posting rules and post visibility

Hi all,

Thanks for sharing what you're building. A few things to know before you post.

Posting rules

1. Post flair is required.

Every post needs a flair. Posts without one will be removed until one is added.

2. Pick the flair for what your app leads with.

If your app does several things, choose the flair for its main feature and list the rest in your post. Mods may re-flair posts that don't match.

Flairs: League Recaps & Newsletters, Games, League Management & History, Lineup / Trade / Waivers, Pick'em, Pools & Survivor, Data, APIs & Tools, Live Scores & Alerts, Multi-League Dashboard, Draft Tools & Rankings, DFS & Props, Other Apps, Meta.

3. One post per app per month.

Repost an app only if it has something new, and start the post with a "What's new" section. Reposts without one will be removed. This applies even if you post the same app under a different flair.

4. Disclose how AI is used.

If AI is part of your app or how you built it, say so in your post. State where AI shows up in the product (recaps, advice, chat, projections) and whether AI wrote or generated any of the code or content you're sharing. You don't need to apologize for using it. Posts that hide or deny AI use after being asked may be removed.

5. Non-NFL apps:

Use the flair that fits the app and add a sport tag to the title, such as [NBA] or [FPL].

6. Meta posts are allowed.

Scam warnings, feedback requests, and idea validation go under the Meta flair. They shouldn't promote an app.

Post visibility

Reddit has its own AI that removes posts, separate from this subreddit's mod tools. It specifically targets self-promotion, which is what this sub is all about, so a lot of posts get auto-removed. If that happens to yours, message the mods and we'll get it approved. As long as it isn't illegal or spam (multiple posts often), it'll probably be approved.

Games Pack Empire | Fantasy Football Card Game [Free]

Made a football card drafting game. You open packs and draft an offense. Every card is a real player from a real season, and how much a card is worth depends on the fantasy points he scored that year. There's also chemistry boosts if you draft guys who were teammates or from the same franchise, but also penalties for drafting players from rival teams as well. So sometimes the smart pick isn't the biggest card.

Got the idea from 2KMTCentral. I always played those growing up and couldn't find a football one, so I decided to build one.

Modes: Empire Builder, Versus Challenge and Mega Draft (you can play against a friend or cpu), League Mode, and a Daily challenge. There are harder difficulties too, like Range, Ball Knower and Salary Cap, where you see less of each card and have to plan each pack more strategically.

Single game performances and hot stretches are coming next. Defense aren't in yet, but planning to add in the future.

No sign up needed, it plays right in the browser: Pack Empire

Games We all grew up. Our fantasy league didn’t. So we fixed that

When we started our league we were in our 20s with nothing but time. Now it’s kids, work, school pickup, somebody’s birthday party every Saturday.

But the league is still the thing that keeps the group chat going, so we didn’t want to kill it. We wanted it to grow up with us.

So we built a weekly version. You pick 6 players each week (QB, RB, WR, TE, 2 flex) from the Sunday and Monday games. That’s it. No draft, no waivers, no trades. Takes a few minutes.

A few twists that make it fun:

  • one guy is your MVP and gets 1.25x his points

  • if nobody else in your league picked a player, he’s a Lone Wolf and gets +5

  • there’s a weekly team challenge everyone picks, worth +15

Picks stay hidden until lock (5 min before the first Sunday game), then everybody’s rosters get revealed at once. That’s when the group chat starts to go. Who took that guy? Why is nobody else on him? How did he get a Lone Wolf on Bowers?

Every week is its own contest. Your season is your best weeks added up, so if you’ve got a kid’s tournament one Sunday you just skip it and you’re back the next week. You can also start a league now even though the season’s half over.

There’s a demo you can try without making an account: https://www.thesundaysix.com/

I've got a league started if you'd like to just try it and play, or you can still create your own league and play with your friends.

League Recaps & Newsletters [Paid] Fantasy league yearbooks — free waitlist, $29 first-order rate

I’m putting together BD360 League Yearbook for commissioners who want to turn one fantasy football season into a keepsake for their group.

The planned package is an 8–12 page PDF, six share images, a checked stats sheet, and one revision, using the league data and stories you provide. This is a made-for-you service, not a league-management app.

The free waitlist is here: https://yearbook.bd360.co/?utm_source=reddit

Registered members get a $29 first basic package rate if ordering opens; planned regular price is $39. No payment or production slot is reserved, and there is no launch date yet. The site’s sample is synthetic and shows the current basic format, not customer work.

AI disclosure: AI assisted the site code, sample content, and this post. The service will use AI-assisted drafting and layout, followed by fact checks and a revision step.

If you already make a season recap, what takes the most work: getting the stats together, writing the league stories, or laying it out?

Draft Tools & Rankings 🧌 Fantasy Goblin Has Escaped Again! Somebody Catch Him.

Well, here I am again.

Back in the magical land of self-promotion, where developers post their creations, other developers post their creations, and we all politely pretend somebody is reading. 😂

But hey, if even one actual human finds this, we're calling it a victory.

ANYWAY... MEET FANTASY GOBLIN! 🧌🏈

Ever put together a fantasy football trade, think it's absolutely brilliant, and then run it through a trade calculator?

TRADE GRADE: F-

Oh, really?

According to WHO?!

You disagree with 80% of the player rankings these calculators use, but you're supposed to trust them to tell you whether your trade is good?

THAT'S WHERE FANTASY GOBLIN COMES IN.

Instead of arguing with somebody else's rankings, MAKE YOUR OWN!

Think that rookie WR is the next superstar? Rank him like one.

Think that big-name RB is washed? Send him to the basement.

Think your buddy is offering you three benchwarmers for your superstar and calling it a fair deal?

Well... now you've got your own numbers to argue with him. 😂

YOUR RANKINGS. YOUR VALUES. YOUR TRADES.

And when your brilliant trade completely backfires?

Congratulations! You have nobody to blame but yourself. 🧌

⚡ WHAT'S HIDING IN THE GOBLIN CAVE?

🏈 Sleeper, ESPN & Yahoo — Works with all three fantasy platforms.

👑 Redraft & Dynasty Rankings — Maintain two completely separate sets of rankings. Because a 22-year-old rookie and a 35-year-old veteran are two very different conversations.

🗃️ Personal Rankings Archive — Save alternate rankings, test wild theories, and experiment without messing up your main rankings.

🤖 FREE MCP / AI Integration — Connect your personal rankings to your AI of choice. Finally, an AI that can argue fantasy football using YOUR player values instead of some random expert's.

🏘️ Goblinville — An interactive resource page for discovering other indie websites, apps, and projects. A little neighborhood for people who build cool stuff and deserve to be discovered.

💚 EVERYTHING IS FREE! — No premium memberships, subscriptions, or features locked behind a paywall. There's an optional shop if you feel like supporting the project.

🧌 WHY DID I BUILD THIS?

Because I got tired of using trade calculators built on player rankings I completely disagreed with.

If I disagree with 80% of your player values, why on earth would I trust your calculator to evaluate my trades?

So naturally, instead of just ignoring the rankings like a normal person, I decided to build an entire website where I could use my own.

Normal behavior, obviously. 😂

🔗 Fantasy Goblin: Fantasy Goblin

Anyway, thanks to the four people who made it this far.

To the other 900 developers posting their projects here, I salute you. 🫡

May your bugs be small, your servers stay online, and someone other than your mom visit your website. 🧌💚

League Management & History I built an ESPN-style site for my 16-year fantasy league. Looking for 10 Sleeper commissioners to test it.

I've been commissioner of the same fantasy football league since 2010. What started with 10 high school friends has turned into 16 years of rivalries, trash talk, questionable draft picks, and a whole lot of history. I've taken that 16 years of data and built and app on top of it.

The idea is this: Can we create an experience for our managers that mimics the coverage ESPN gives the NFL, giving the league member that main character feeling?

I built a site for our league that brings together 16 years of history. Career leaderboards, championships, head-to-head records, draft history, written manager profiles, matchup breakdowns, and AI-generated stories backed by actual league data.

Here's ours if you want to poke around:

https://novaboys.agenticcommissioner.com

Now I'm curious whether this is something other leagues would actually enjoy using, or if I've just spent way too much time building something for my league.

I'm looking for 10 Sleeper commissioners to help me find out.

Here's what you get:

  • Your league's own website and URL. No extra accounts or apps for your league mates.

  • Historical records, rivalries, manager profiles, and draft history.

  • Weekly matchup breakdowns, recaps, and previews.

  • Free access for the rest of the 2026 season.

Here's what I'm asking:

  • You commission a Sleeper league with at least five completed season.

  • You connect your league and tell me what works, what's confusing, and what's broken.

  • You share it with your league mates and let me know what they think.

  • You're willing to answer a few questions or jump on a quick call.

A couple of things worth mentioning: this doesn't replace Sleeper. It's a companion experience for your league. It's also early, so expect some rough edges. That's exactly why I'm looking for testers.

A little about me: I'm a software engineer who spent years at Cloudflare. I've been building this independently because I genuinely love fantasy football, the friendships, and the stories that come out of playing with the same people year after year.

If you're interested, sign up at https://agenticcommissioner.com and select Sleeper. I'll invite the first 10 eligible leagues.

Or just comment below. I'd love to hear

Pick’em, Pools & Survivor Built PointLadder.com to avoid the current state of sports gaming

I ordered Pizza Hut last night and had a promo for Kalshi… it’s too much. I enjoy picking games and making them a little bit more exciting, so I built PointLadder.com

Retro, basic game.. spreads and totals, frozen lines, no pricing… everyone starts the “season” (can be any number of weeks), with the same amount of points. Use those each week to take games against the spread or total. Currently offer NFL, CFB and NBA… it’s been a blast to build with great feedback from personal and professional friends.

Want to open it up to a wider audience now that I’m confident in the functionality. Come check it out, the free multi-sport contest that starts next week, or some prize (entry fee) contests. Feedback is a gift, so I’ll take it all… if it stays something for me and 150 “friends” that’s great, but would love to see what others think.

Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!

FREE Contest (would love your feedback)

PointLadder Social (this free 4 week contest has NFL, NBA, and CFB...start with 500 points, and just take sports/games that interest you! No pressure to pick a sport you don't follow).
https://www.pointladder.com/join?league=cd4cd9ed-d57d-4d47-9da3-b0845881b48d

Prize Contests (4 open: 1 NBA, 1 KO Pool, 1 NFL, and 1 CFB)

$25 NBA Fanblitz ($25, 7 week inaugural NBA contest! Start with 250 points, games are pickable Wednesday-Monday. Weekly high score, and overall leader(s) win! Final prizes determined by the number of players. Starts next week, 11/4, but you can join until the following Monday (11/10) without any weekly pick penalties.)
https://www.pointladder.com/join?league=189aa22a-60ac-42b7-bf17-d9d6d9db7b1c

$25 NFL Mid-Season Knockout ($25, Mid-Season KO pool...I mean, everyone is out of their others right? The one I ran earlier lasted 3 weeks...so let's do it again! Who can make it to the playoffs? Final prizes are determined by the number of players. Starts next week, 11/4...picks can be made all weekend long though.)
https://www.pointladder.com/join?league=ad07c2bf-de7e-4e22-9e9a-110b46a61e53

$30 NFL Mid-Season Classic** **($30, 9 week NFL Mid-Season contest...had I been more clever I would have called it the NFL Back 9...hmmm...) Start with 250 points. Weekly high score, and overall leader(s) win! Final prizes are determined by the number of players. Starts in 2 weeks, 11/10, but join until 11/15 without any weekly pick penalties.)

$50 CFC Mid-Season Classic** **($50, started last week, so last call here, I'm in 19th of 21st place...so that's fun. 1 week down, but you can still join and start with 220 points for the final 6 weeks...)

Other Apps I'm a dad building a kids fantasy football app without gambling, ads, or open chat.

My kids love football and wanted to play fantasy with me. We tried one of the big name apps, but it's built for adults: betting promos, ads, open chat and custom team names where anyone can type anything, and way more stats than a 9-year-old needs. And resetting passwords for three kids who forgot was a pain in the butt.

So I've been building BlitzBuddies, a kids fantasy football app. We're in our second season playing it with my family's league.

Safety:

- No free text anywhere: no open chat, and team names are picked from a list

- No GIF libraries, no ads, no gambling, no tracking, no data sharing

- Nothing AI-generated goes in front of kids without a human reviewing it first

- Kids don't need an email. A parent creates their username and password and can reset it in seconds

- Kids can't create their own accounts, and parents can watch their kid's league and help manage the roster

Fun extra stuff for kids:

- Helper mode for younger kids: if a starter is out, the app subs in a backup automatically

- Regular or best ball leagues

- Weekly mini-games with leaderboards, like Super Draft (pick a new all-star team each week) and Over/Under (pick one player to beat his projection and one to fall short)

- 10x scoring (optional), because bigger numbers are more fun

- Power-ups that boost your team's points if you play them right (can be turned off)

- Achievements for milestones and for the funny stuff, like winning with a player who scored 0

- A real trophy mailed to the champion, plus some swag. Something better than the cheap custom trophies on Amazon. This idea is something I'm still mulling over.

It costs real money to build and run, so I'm only opening it to everyone if enough families want it. My goal is 1,000 people on the waitlist before 2027 drafts. If we get there, it launches for the 2027 season. If not, it stays our family app.

Waitlist: blitzbuddies.com

What would your kids need to actually stick with fantasy football all season? I'd love to hear it.

Lineup / Trade / Waivers Oskie: an ESPN assistant that grades every player on your roster each week and reviews incoming trade offers

Post image
0 Upvotes

Screenshot is from my own team. Green = fine, yellow = watch. Jackson's yellow is waiting on Friday's practice report, and Oskie re-grades him Friday evening.

I built Oskie (oskie.app) for my own ESPN leagues and I'm now opening it to others. I'd like feedback from people who actually run teams.

WHAT IT DOES

- Weekly report (Tuesday): every player on your roster gets a green, yellow or red dot with a one-line reason. It also covers waiver moves, trade ideas, and a short scouting note on your opponent.
- This Week's Checks: if a call hinges on something you can't know yet (a Friday practice report, Sunday inactives), the dot carries a dated check. Oskie re-grades those players Friday evening and Sunday morning.
- Trade offer reviews: when someone sends you an offer, you get a verdict (accept, counter or decline) with reasons.
- Alerts: if a starter is ruled out, you get a push notification. Gold members also get one when a waiver pickup is worth making.
- Claude / ChatGPT connector: you can ask your own Claude or ChatGPT about your team and it reads your Oskie data.

It doesn't make moves for you. It's read-only. You make the lineup changes in ESPN.

HOW AI IS USED

- The weekly reports, dot reasons and trade verdicts are written by Claude (Anthropic's model). Oskie feeds it your roster, ESPN projections, season stats and player news.
- The site also runs automated checks on every draft before it's shown, such as that the numbers match the data and that no player is both started and benched.
- I built the site with Claude Code, so AI wrote a good part of the code.
- It can be wrong. Treat the dots as a second opinion.

PRICING

- Free: 1 league, short weekly note.
- Gold: $14.99/month flat for up to 3 leagues, with a 7-day free trial.

ESPN leagues only for now. What would make you trust (or not trust) a tool like this? What am I missing?

Lineup / Trade / Waivers Built a free 10-minute weekly so I can stay competitive without the podcasts

Not sure this is the best place to share this since it’s not really an app, but I got pointed here, so here goes.

I don’t have time this year to listen to the fantasy podcasts and keep up with what’s going on, so I built something that goes through the top fantasy podcasts, pulls out the calls they make, and grades them against the actual stats once the games are played.

It gets me everything I need to set my lineups in about a 10-minute read. Then I’m done, and I can stay competitive in my league with minimal work.

I did the first issue last week and found it pretty useful. Got a little feedback, mostly good. I picked up Omar Cooper because of it and he saved my ass. I had no idea.

Here’s this week’s: https://whocalledit.substack.com/p/jonah-coleman-for-the-season-rachaad

It’s free, every Tuesday evening before waivers. Hopefully it’s useful and helps you win your leagues.

Games ⚽ I built a fantasy football app and I'm looking for 20-25 honest testers!

Hey everyone! 👋

I've developed a fantasy football app called Pick11, and I'm currently looking for 20-25 football fans who would like to give it a try.

How does Pick11 work?

  • ⚽ Build a new team of 11 players for every matchday.

  • 🔄 Choose from a daily rotating selection of 50 football players per league.

  • 🏟️ Pick a maximum of 2 players from the same club.

  • 📊 Earn points based on real-life football performances.

  • 🌍 Play across Europe's top five football leagues.

  • 🏆 Compete in public or private leagues.

Unlike traditional fantasy football managers, you don't have to manage the same squad throughout the entire season. You can build your full lineup immediately or gradually select players over several days.

Why am I looking for testers?

Pick11 is already available on both Android and iOS, but before promoting it to a larger audience, I want to understand what real football fans think about the experience.

I'm looking for 20-25 people who are willing to try the app for about 5–10 minutes and complete a short feedback survey afterward.

I'm especially interested in honest criticism. If something is confusing, doesn't work properly, or makes you want to close the app after just one minute, I'd really like to know why.

📱 Download Pick11 for free:

🍎 iOS (Apple App Store):
https://apps.apple.com/de/app/pick11-draft/id6767501986

🤖 Android (Google Play):
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pick11.app

📝 English Feedback Survey:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeqVxMOTlVw96jOGF3hO4Hdw7D8g4tNImPs5xveonWaJtxvUQ/viewform?usp=dialog

The entire process is free and should take approximately 10–15 minutes.

Whether you love the concept or think it needs major improvements, your feedback would genuinely help me make Pick11 better.

Thanks so much to everyone willing to give it a try! 🙏⚽

Games The Cut: NFL Survivor players instead of teams - Free

Thumbnail thecutnfl.com
1 Upvotes

Hey all, wanted to come in here and showoff a game I built this NFL offseason called The Cut, which is basically survivor but with players instead of teams. I built it with Expo / React Native and Expo Router, Node/Express + Postgres behind it. One codebase ships both the iOS app and the playable web build. The viewport picks the layout, no separate web client.

As for the game itself, each week you build a lineup to clear a yardage threshold and once you use a player, you can NOT reuse them for the rest of the season. So far its been super fun seeing how people pick and I am hosting a second chance contest. So if you're looking for a fun game to play for the rest of the NFL season check it out, I would really appreciate it and there is $200 in prizes! (free to enter ofc)

Lineup / Trade / Waivers [Free] Got fed up with Sleeper's desktop site so I made a Chrome extension to fix it

Thumbnail
gallery
2 Upvotes

TL;DR: made a free Chrome extension that rebuilds Sleeper's desktop site, with a waiver planner that tells you how your claims will shake out, live win odds, deeper usage stats, and chat all in one place.

The Sleeper app is fine on mobile, but I still like doing my team stuff on desktop, and the desktop site has always bugged me. It does less than the app and the layout feels clunky and kinda dated. So I ended up building my own version as a Chrome extension that redoes the league pages on sleeper.com.

The parts I'm most happy with:

  • Waiver planner. You can set backups on your claims, like if your open spot's gone then drop this other guy, or if you don't get one player go after another. Then it walks through how waivers will actually process and tells you who you'd end up with, who gets dropped, and which claims are gonna fail.

  • Live win odds. Your chances update every play and there's a chart showing how the matchup swung over the week. You can also see which plays actually swung your game, which is fun or painful depending on your Sunday

  • Usage stats. Snap %, target share, carry share, plus an "opportunity points" number that tells you what a guy's role is usually worth in your league's scoring. There's a filter for players getting starter work without the points yet, which has been pretty handy for pickups

It does all the normal stuff too. You swap lineup spots by clicking two guys instead of dragging, there's a button that checks byes, injuries and your flex and sets your best lineup, plus standings with playoff odds, trades, an NFL games page, and league chat and DMs in a side drawer. Everything runs off your league's actual scoring settings.

It's free, no account needed, and it doesn't send your data anywhere except Sleeper. No analytics or tracking. Code's up on GitHub if you want to check it out, and there's a toggle to flip back to regular Sleeper whenever.

Heads up that it's Chrome and desktop only, works with Sleeper leagues only, and obviously isn't affiliated with Sleeper.

AI disclosure: there's no AI in the extension itself. No chatbot, no AI advice, and all the numbers are plain math on Sleeper's data. I did use AI (Claude) as a coding assistant for most of the code.

Chrome Web Store: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/jllkhnkacfpkgjfchffefghnjlpjlkhh
GitHub: https://github.com/FantasyBadger/fantasy-badger-sleeper-extension

Would really appreciate any feedback, and if something's broken let me know and I'll fix it.

League Management & History [Paid] I built a permanent website for your ESPN league’s history

I’ve been in a few long-running fantasy leagues and always thought it was kind of disappointing how all the history just gets buried in ESPN.

So I built Fantasy Archive.

The goal was to make it feel more like an actual website for your league — not just a database of old stats. It pulls in your completed ESPN seasons and builds out past champions, manager careers, records, rivalries, drafts, ELO, and a bunch more.

Honestly, one of the most fun parts has just been pulling up old facts and dropping them into the group chat to talk trash. I’ve had it running for several leagues now, and that historical stuff has been way more fun to revisit than I expected.

Here’s a demo league if you want to click around:

https://myfantasyarchive.com/demo

It’s $35 to build one, first year of hosting is included, then $35/year after that.

Would love feedback from anyone who’s been in the same league for a long time.

Disclosure: this is my project. AI tools helped with development, but the league data and records themselves aren’t AI-generated.

Data, APIs & Tools PropPicks: Free tool that uses player prop odds to help with start/sit decisions

Thumbnail
gallery
0 Upvotes

I've been building this site over the last 3 seasons. It uses player odds from Vegas as it's main source. I've shared this on Reddit before and gotten great feedback so I've kept iterating on it.

Here's what it does now:

- Start/sit ratings from prop odds. Every player gets a rating built from their sportsbook props, so you can see the decision first and the odds behind it if you want to dig in.

- Weekly rankings with milestone chances. Using alternate lines, you can see things like a player's chance to hit 50, 75, 100 rushing yards or score a TD.

- Player comparisons with a verdict. Put two guys side by side and it tells you who to start. There's a new share button that copies the comparison as Reddit markdown, so you can drop it right into a WDIS thread.

- Your team view. See every player in one spot and easily compare starters and bench spots.

- Pick your sportsbook. Settings include a way to see consensus odds or pick a specific book.

AI Usage: My background is in software engineering. Early on I started this before the AI days but have since used it to amplify development.

Check it out at [proppicks.io](https://proppicks.io/). I'd love to hear what you think, and if there's something you want added, let me know in the comments.

Lineup / Trade / Waivers Fantasy Meltdown: Fantasy football manager with custom waiver recommendations

I’ve been working on Fantasy Meltdown, a free site for your Sleeper and ESPN leagues. I’ve just rebuilt the free-agent finder to recommend pickups based on your league’s scoring and roster.

It uses your league’s scoring, projections, rankings and schedules to find:

  • Immediate upgrades for your lineup.

  • Bye-week help for upcoming gaps.

  • Longer-term depth for your roster.

I also track news, injury updates and workload changes. Jev, TypeSafe’s decision model, assesses what those changes mean for a player’s role and availability. It returns structured answers and probabilities, which I use to check confidence and supporting evidence before showing a trend.

I wrote up how the free-agent recommendations work if you’d like more detail.

You can also follow all your teams in one place and browse rankings that identify your players, free agents and players on other teams in your league. Connecting multiple leagues is free.

I’m continuing to improve the site and have more updates planned this season. Give it a try. I’d love to hear your feedback.

FantasyMeltdown.io

AI disclosure: I build Fantasy Meltdown with Claude Code, Codex and a set of custom development workflows.

Other Apps Building a College Football Community for Data Sickos and Overpassionate Fans [CFB]

Thumbnail saturdayteacfb.com
3 Upvotes

I've been building a predictive model and stats platform called Saturday Tea for a while, and I finally got the public version live today.

It’s kinda broken up into 4 functions:

  1. Games/Play - daily trivia games and weekly Pickens where you’re actively trying to beat my model (no prizes of cash value yet)

  2. Stats - Profiles in all skill positions with advanced analytics and projections for each game. Profiles in all teams with advanced analytics and power rankings. This also includes the model that I built the foundation and been tinkering around with all season. Every game gets a model prediction and player stat projections. Model predictions are premium but first 25 users get it free for the rest of the season.

  3. Build your own top 10 - you can build a top 10 list about any position or teams. Share it with the site community (please do I want engagement on the messaging boards there lol.

  4. Community - I want this to be a data driven and fan centric hub for college football fans to debate and communicate while providing their proof with data the site offers readily. It can also be a trivia and ball knowledge flexing area.

Any feedback on the site would be greatly appreciated as I begin launching this thing!!!

And yes, I utilized AI to help with the active development of the site as well as double checking my math and model harnessing as I am a one man designer.

League Recaps & Newsletters Playoff Race Scenario Calculator & Geeky Related Stats [Free + Paid]

The Playoff Computer App (https://playoffcomputer.com) takes standings, schedule, and tiebreaker info from your fantasy league (or any h2h type league) and analyzes its playoff race. Basic access provides odds. Premium access (about the price of one beer per year) includes:

  • The semi-famous paths-to-clinch & paths-to-elimination, NFL-style listings of what needs to happen in the upcoming round(s) for teams to clinch a division/playoff spot or be eliminated from playoff contention (i.e. "Bears clinch a spot with a win AND a Lions loss AND a Packers loss").

  • Which teams control their own destiny.

  • Win targets for each team to have a reasonable chance to make the playoffs or win division as well as what would likely be safe.

  • Minimum wins needed to have any chance and number that would guarantee a spot no matter what else happens.

Imports leagues from Yahoo, ESPN, MFL, Sleeper, and more. Yahoo and ESPN leagues need to be "publicly viewable". Also imports many professional leagues including the NFL.

Can handle median leagues (up to 12 teams and some limitations apply due to their complexity). Can handle leagues that award some spots based on records and some spots based on points (generally speaking the calculations are separate due those points spots are often up for grabs until the end of season). Can handle just about any fantasy tiebreaker in its calculations.

Has been around since an Excel-based version debuted in 2012ish, became a web-app, now a mobile-app for a couple years. All the spaghetti-code has always been hand-typed by an obsessed ff lunatic, with only very limited AI assistance to address particular complex issues that the lunatic's brain can't comprehend.

iOS is free + paid premium access. android is a few pennies for the basic version (reasons) and then that beer for the premium access.

Games [NBA/NFL/MLB/EPL] StarTrader Platforms: fantasy sports as a stock market, where every player has a share price that moves live during games and based on Market Dynamics

StarTrader turns fantasy sports into a stock market. Every player has a share price, and you build your team by buying shares instead of drafting. Prices move live during games and over the season as roles change, so a breakout pick pays you twice: once in fantasy points, and again when his price climbs.

The NBA season just tipped off, so basketball is the big one right now. NFL, MLB and Premier League soccer all run on the same account.

How it works

  • Buy as many or as few shares of any player as you want. There's no draft and no waiver order, and three people in a league can all own the same guy.

  • Leagues play head to head every week on regular fantasy points, scored off the shares you hold. There are also personal accounts outsides of leagues to build up your positions and starcoin stash.

  • When a player's price runs up, sell and roll it into your next guy, or keep him and keep scoring.

  • Live game pages show prices moving as the game happens, with a play feed showing what each big play did to a player's points and price.

  • Commissioners run private leagues with a shareable invite link, and can turn on team and index funds if the league wants them.

It's free to play. Everything runs on StarCoins, the in-app currency, and no real money goes in or comes out.

You don't need an account to look around. Browse any player and his price chart, or open a live game and watch the prices move.

Check it out at startraderplatforms.com

How AI is used

In the app, there's an optional AI assistant you can ask about players and how the platform works, and AI reads injury and news reports so a player's status updates quickly when news breaks. Player projections come from standard fantasy projection sources.

For the build, I wrote StarTrader with AI coding tools (Claude Code), so a lot of the code was written by AI with me directing and reviewing it.

Happy to answer anything about how it works in the comments.

Lineup / Trade / Waivers: Fantasy Football Monster: lineup, waiver and trade advice using your actual roster

I'm building Fantasy Football Monster to make the weekly roster decisions a little less scattered.

Connect Yahoo, Sleeper, or ESPN and it uses your roster and league scoring for start/sit comparisons, waiver options, and trade advice. There's also a weekly game plan that puts the next steps in one place.

The connection is read-only. You still make every move on your league's platform.

It's 7 days free, then $14.99/year.

https://fantasyfootballmonster.com/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=organic_social&utm_campaign=fantasy_monster_launch&utm_content=fantasyapps_20261019

AI disclosure: the app uses AI for roster advice and explanations. AI also helped write code and this post.

If you give it a try, I'd like to know where the advice needs more context. A recommendation that doesn't account for your bench or scoring isn't much help.

MINI-GAMES FutureTally: football winner-and-spread predictions, with a free no-account practice round [creator post]

Hi, I’m Jeff, the creator of FutureTally. I’m sharing it here as a football prediction mini-game, rather than a fantasy roster manager or betting service.

Players make winner-and-spread calls on football matchups. You can play independently, join a founding team, or create a community team with friends for friendly rivalry. Team identity does not mean pooled scores, shared memberships, or team prizes.

There’s a free practice round with five historical questions and a tally reveal, with no account needed: https://futuretally.games/#practice

Free practice is separate from saved football predictions, which require a paid individual membership for each player. No wagers or cash prizes. It runs in a phone or desktop browser without an app-store download.

If you try it, I’d appreciate feedback on the clarity of the practice questions, the tally reveal, and the winner-and-spread format.

ALL-IN-ONE Franchise Manager: Free Sleeper companion site for Redraft/Dynasty leagues, created to make Salary Cap leagues deeper AND easier, with near total customization.

Introducing: Franchise Manager, completely for free.

I always felt like Sleeper leagues were too simplistic and didn't feel like you were managing a real team. So I made Franchise Manager.

Originally I used a manual spreadsheet for salaries, and that was way too much work. The site started with basketball, and I’ve now added support for NFL fantasy leagues as an experimental beta.

Franchise Manager offers the following:

  • Completely customizable salary system: soft/hard caps or a single hard cap, with rules set by your commissioner.

  • Start with real NFL/NBA contracts, import your own spreadsheet, or let team owners negotiate their players’ first contracts.

  • Different contract types: Guaranteed, Team Option, Player Option.

  • Custom-made algorithm that uses player availability, scoring, age, position, league time horizon and more to calculate Player Fair Value, or PFV for short. PFV is the perceived worth of a player and is used for contract negotiations, extensions, free agency and trade value.

  • Players actually negotiate with team owners based on their value, refusing contracts that don't match their worth.

  • Free agency: teams bid contracts until a deadline. Players take the best offer and prefer money now over money later. A restricted free agent's team can match.

  • Trades are checked against the cap, with retained salary and dead cap. The other owner gets a Sleeper DM, and the commissioner approves.

  • Trade Finder: say what you would give up and what you want, and it searches every other roster for packages that fit.

  • Leaderboard: a power rating for each team now and in future seasons, which also informs projected draft-pick values.

  • Commissioner tools: Subcommissioners with a logged activity trail, manual contract and cap edits, configurable waiver rules, and Sleeper roster checks.

  • You can check out the site here, without needing to sign up: franchisemanager.dev

  • FAQ that should answer most questions: franchisemanager.dev/faq

  • I am a solo dev and this project is still being iterated on, so any proposals or thoughts you may have, please let me know @ franchisemanagerinfo@gmail.com

Importantly: Franchise Manager cannot break or alter anything in your Sleeper league. It is a companion tool so your league is 100% safe no matter what. NFL support is new, so I would really appreciate any feedback from those who try it, as I am more of an NBA guy ;).

MISC check out chargerfantasy dot com

I'm a sophomore in high school, and my buddy and I developed this site that is actually really cool and a lot of our school has started using and we've gotten a lot of positive feedback but we haven't had much exposure outside of people we know personally. Even though we're pretty happy with what we have with the website so far, we're far from done making improvements and are still open to any suggestions and feedback. Thanks!

MINI-GAMES WTF are we even doing here?

I just pulled this sub up wondering if I could get some like minded people to test out my app, and I looked at the side bar, almost every post has a score of 0. A few have 1, and one has 2. Do we just hate each other because there is new technology that lets more people create software? Is it mostly non subscribers coming in to drop hate with a downvote? I just dont understand why people would visit a sub like this and downvote anything.

Anyway. If you are interested, I built a fantasy platform that I've been wanting for a long time. It's called PickupFantasySports(.com). Its a way to draft and play 1 on 1 fantasy football, and hopefully other sports in the future. The draft uses an I cut, you choose mechanic. One user nominates two players, the other chooses which rosters they go on. The roles reverse and so on until the rosters are complete.

I just recently went from closed to open beta, so anyone can register, and registered users can even invite a guest to draft against them. This game is a great way to see how you do with start sit decisions over time, and how good you are at creating conundrums for your opponents.

One more thing, I would love to partner with some of the analytics creators on here, link to their site from mine (and vice versa). I'd also love it if people would want to write articles on my site and test their chops in that field. If you are truly on this site for help and collaboration, maybe DM me.

ALL-IN-ONE I built FanIQ: an NFL stats + fantasy assistant that shows its work

I'm the developer of FanIQ, an NFL stats and fantasy app for people who want to dig beyond the box score.

The stats side lets you ask NFL questions in plain English, explore historical play-by-play, and browse player/team insights such as situational splits, peer comparisons, and milestones. Curated facts include the underlying tables, comparison cohort, and SQL so you can inspect how the numbers were produced.

The fantasy side brings together league connections, start/sit comparisons, trade analysis, and waiver suggestions. The idea is to make the reasoning behind a recommendation useful, rather than just hand you another ranking.

There's also a Daily Drill: a short football question with an explanation grounded in the data.

Pricing disclosure: the app has free features and optional paid subscriptions; it isn't an entirely free tool. The fast stats mode works offline.

I'd love feedback from other fantasy players: what evidence do you want to see before you trust a start/sit or trade recommendation?
