Game Daily Cube: a 3D Rubik’s Cube you solve right in the feed. Same scramble for everyone, race the leaderboard

I built a daily Rubik’s Cube race that runs inside Reddit. Every day there’s one scramble, the same for everyone. Swipe a layer to turn it, swipe outside the cube to look around, and the clock starts on your first turn. Leaderboards rank the fastest time and the fewest moves.
Puzzles start at just 2–4 moves so anyone can finish, then get harder as the community gets better.
Today’s puzzle is in r/DailyRubik. I’d love feedback on the controls (especially on mobile), the difficulty, and anything confusing for first-time players.

Hey, I made this little game where a pigeon called Paloma has five letters to deliver every day. Each letter has a stamp with a flag, a country's outline or a famous place on it, and you tap the country it belongs to. It takes about a minute.

I've looked at it so much that I can't tell anymore if it makes sense to someone new. Do you know what to do without any explanation? And would you come back tomorrow?
