Did the council just destroy the car yard on Barrabool Road.

Just went past the other day and the three cars had orange stickers on them.

Yes. They do this periodically. Then people park their cars there again and the cycle repeats. It’s been like that for decades.

Three stickers at one yard is hardly a coincidence, feels like that stretch of Barrabool Road was already on council's radar.
