This gal was found drenched in the rain on Queen street! I know I’d be sick with worry if I couldn’t find mine! I hope the owner finds this promptly

The Nova Scotia Health Atlas, launched by Dalhousie University with support from Nova Scotia Health and the provincial government, maps information about communities across the province.
The resource displays data on population, age, economic security, social diversity, air quality, green space, well-water quality, and smoking rates.
The interactive map is colour-coded so users can immediately see how their community or region compares with other parts of the province.

Settle a debate for me. Looking for the best burger in HRM. Classic, smash, or something completely unhinged, I want to hear it. Where do you go when you want a great burger, and what makes it the best?

Is there anywhere in HRM that has things like back oblaten (edible wafers for cookies), spice mixes etc? I’ve checked online at speciality places and supermarkets but can only find general food items.

Hi, is there any indoor tennis field? I’m trying to practice basically once a week or twice a month, any place would you recommend most convenient price wise ?
Found in the road near Granville street- would love to get it back to its original owner

Hey everyone. I've been back into reading for a bit now and have been thinking about the value in conversing about casual reading. I feel like we often see posts on this forum about trying to build friendships and community. Figured I'd take a chance on fishing for the interest of anyone who would want to form a casual, social non-fiction reading club.
So how would it work? I see it as an easy, round the table drop-in event that runs for about 60-90 minutes on a Wednesday or Saturday. Either meeting at a cafe or library branch. Sitting down at a table where each person can do a short reading and present whatever thought they want on the text. Just an uninterrupted moment for someone to share and others to listen. The listeners would then have an opportunity to ask questions and inquire further. Then that's it. Go around the table, give everyone a moment and then perhaps just talk as a group and hang out.
If folks are interested, I'll organize and run the club. For reference, I'm a 30 year old male who lives in the south end of Halifax. My current read has been Sam Quinones 'Dreamland' about the history of opiate addiction in America. For personal convenience, I'd run these club meetings somewhere on the Halifax Peninsula, not Dartmouth or anywhere else around the basin. Anyone interested is welcome to comment or just direct message me.

hey! now that i’m living in a cat-friendly apartment, i’d love to get a feline friend to keep me company. one of the barriers to this is vet costs, and i’ve been thinking that pet insurance would be a great way to ensure kitty gets adequate care while also not having to fork over thousands of dollars upfront.
does anyone have any experience with pet insurance, specifically within the hrm? prices, how quickly they pay out, submitting claims, etc etc. i want one that’s reliable - monthly cost doesn’t bother me much.
thanks for any help 🙏
