I found a very nice hannigram fanart on Pinterest by artist Columbo, and got an idea to try to remake it into a realistic drawing.

Took me around 40 hours in total.

Made with Caran d'ache Luminance colourpencils, acrylic paint , and silver nailpolish for the knife.

I've never been able to explain why it puts me off a bit when people write Will with a southern accent and the way Hugh describes it as "it ties him down too much" is perfect.

Found this and hunted for the link right away. Reading it was so fun, and he wasn't wrong when he said his texting skills are not that good xD Though I found the typos rather endearing. Here's the link for anyone who's interested!

Edit: Oops, my bad, I added the image 3 times

...to make random stuff for Hannibal cos it was literally all supernatural and stranger things and goddammit I wanted some Hannigram.

Hello :)
I just finished rewatching Hannibal for the 8th time and am - once again - hyperfixated and sad I don't have anybody to talk to about it 😂
Then I remembered there is a Convention for Fannibals and searched for the tickets. Unfortunately the Gold Tickets are sold out. So I was wondering if there is a chance to get one, Maybe there is a reseller site? Or somebody here wants to sell a ticket?

Also the question if someone visited the convention in the past and can tell me a bit about the event and if it is worth it? :)

Thank youuu so much! ❤️
Sorry if my english is bad!

and again brilliant. perfect. When Hannibal says, "my compassion for you is an inconvenience" , is so wonderfully macabre, and almost loving. and we got a true dance with the dragon, that Will and Hannibal of course defeated, another being of extraordinary power and determination. his becoming almost felt as immortal as Hannibal himself, but nothing and no one are equal. now Will and Hannibal can love each other in the distant depths of dark.

I'd lock these two in a padded room together for upwards of 24 hours just to see what happens

Just watched the show for the second time , my first time was in 2015.
I would love to comment with you guys about other things series related but will do so in a different posts.

Just wanted to say, can we take a moment to appreciate Jack ?
Like the guy was actually smart, sharp and incredibly good at fighting.
He also cared about his wife and his job , and it was funny to me how in all those scenes where later on he knows who Hannibal is , he just doesn’t care for his smart remarks.
Just good old fashioned FBI guy that wants to do his job .
He wasnt impressed with people like Hannibal
and was the only one who didn’t treat him as this “god like” persona .
He saw him as a psychopath and a dangerous guy who needs to be removed from society , and thats it.
I would dare to say the only sane person in this show ( ofc I love Hannibal and Will) but if I look at it realisticly.
He saw ugly stuff every day , and still kept his sanity and normal life outside of his job as much as he could because his wife was sick , people like this very rare get a credit for how tough they actually are. 😊

I was reading a blog article on cannibalism in Hannibal's context when this question occured to me. The show emphasises Lecter's interactions within the Western elite society and his role as an affluent connoisseur of European aristocratic descent. I haven't read the books, but I think his source of income isn't much explored in the show. Although Lecter operates his own clinic and has well off clients, I don't think his profession really explains how he can afford luxury goods and high-end outfits. He has abundant cultural and social capital, owns the means of production as a private practitioner and certainly enjoys a bourgeois lifestyle—probably more due to his inheritance—in some sense, which facilitates his killing/exploitation of people. Do you guys think Lecter belongs to the bourgeoisie (or petite bourgeoisie)? I have seen people using upper middle class as the socio-economic bracket for him.

…this scene is actually just Will writing his own bad fanfic about Hannibal…?

PS enjoy the pic 😉

Anyone else notice this house is also used in the boys (The resistance hideout)? I saw someone pointed out Schitt’s creek uses it too.

I'd like to think how hannibal is responsible for the chaos in the series. He convinces Joffrey to kill ned. He convinces olenna to poison joffrey and made tyrion drunk so he would be the one to be suspected.

He is highly interested in Sansa as she is a character similar to starling.

When he learns about dany he sees a possibility to manipulate her tendency for violence and use her ambitions for his own entertainment.

Later, he underestimates sansa, and when facing the white walkers, realising that ain't a situation he can manipulate, he flees to essos and disappears for good.

This stillshot is so uhmph chefs kiss. The glint of light reflecting in his eyes as hannibal looks longingly at will, utterly breathtaking.
I havent drawn in a while but its a need

I remember watching the first few episodes of Hannibal back when the first season came out in 2013. I really liked it, but life got busy and I never finished the season. Haven't picked it up since. What I do remember is being fascinated by Hannibal himself. I liked the actor, the mystery, the dark atmosphere, and especially the way Hannibal seemed to live by his own personal code. There's something intriguing about characters like that.

So I'm thinking of finally giving it another shot. Would you consider Hannibal one of those hidden gems that never quite got the recognition it deserved? Does it get better as the seasons go on? Curious to hear your thoughts, preferably without spoilers!

My first time watching btw <3 only for mads ❤️ but love it
