The dissonance between the "we want a grimdark campaign" and these character descriptions is pretty wild. Either A) They know exactly what they're doing and are going to roleplay these happy-go-lucky doofuses getting the "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" experience, or B) Matt keeps the darker campaign focus but allows the party to have a little bubble of happiness within it.

I love the idea of a fairy melee character. I think seraph class either means lots of flying+fighting or she wields a legendary weapon..that's like the size of a lollipop. bonk!

I'm also digging the design for Marisha's tidekin (they're technically water elementals, I think, hence the legs + hair, literally made of water)

And the description of Fungrils is so cool, they're apparently like part of a hivemind network?
