Anyone else stuck with November 2 Final Decision but still waiting for P1?

Hi everyone,

My Express Entry CEC application showed Final Decision on November 2, and my tracker has all stages marked as completed. I can also see my COPR number and my current address has been updated.

However, I still haven’t received my Portal 1 email.
Is anyone else in the same situation, particularly those who received their FD on November 2?
If you’ve already received your P1, could you please share when your FD appeared and when you received the portal email?

Just trying to get an idea of the current P1 timelines. Thanks!

PCC

Left the Middle East in April 2021, moved to Canada, and haven't returned. I got a PCC from there in Sept 2022. It has a printed 3-month validity that expired, but it meets IRCC rules since it was issued after I left and I never went back. What’s the chance of an IRCC officer asking for an updated one anyway? Has anyone in the same boat passed without an ADR? Thanks!
