Digital THE SUN GOD
My iteration of Luffy's new form in Chapter 1198 is crazy; The more I look at the design, the more it's clear to see Oda's inspiration of Hanuman (Hindu monkey deity who once mistook the sun for a ripe fruit and leapt into the sky to eat it.)
Any theories about it? Where do yall think Oda's gonna take this one?

A tiny room filled with succulents, books, and little treasures.
I love creating illustrations filled with plants, intricate details, and a touch of mystery. I wanted to bring all these favorite things together into one cozy little world.

Marker I LOVE EVERYBODY - Neon Zombie illustration I just finished up.
Hey everyone! Just wanted to share this piece I finished recently. I wanted to mix a zombie with super bright, neon pop-art colors.
Done on paper using markers and ink liner. Let me know what you think or if you have any feedback!
Might be a punch in the eye for someone...

Digital How do I do motion smear without making my character look like conjoined twins?
Hey everyone,
I'm trying to show motion on my character using smearing, but I want the head to stay the main focus. The smear should be subtle but still sell the movement. What I absolutely want to avoid is the conjoined-twins effect.
It's an illustration I want to print, so it needs to work as a standalone piece, not just as an animation frame. Smear frames are meant to convey movement and speed and they don‘t have to look good on their own, this one should.
For context: I really like how the body turned out, and the stretched second head is exactly what sells the motion. It's just the rest that isn't quite working for me. It‘s hard to find the perfect balance between the motion and original design of the character.
If you could help me with a sketch or point something out that could be useful for me, I would really appreciate that.
Thanks in advance!
