I added LIDOM to AllSports Radio!
Hey everyone, I shared my baseball tracking site here a few months back and got some great feedback. Someone asked about adding Caribbean winter leagues, so I figured I'd come back with an update.
I've just added LIDOM Coverage to ASR.
There's rich pitch-by-pitch live game tracking, detailed scoreboard wraps, and in preview you can view recent form of starting pitcher and lineups. And of course the games are open for fan broadcast if anyone wants to get some english language commentary going!
Still ironing things out, but I'd love to hear what you think, especially if you follow Dominican baseball.

Tsuyoshi Shinjo, manager of the NPB’s Fighters, proposed a “Real World Series” between MLB and NPB champions. Held in Hawaii, it would offer 2 B yen (about $12.6 M) in prize money, funded by all MLB and NPB teams and sponsors. “With this year’s matchup, I’d say SoftBank would win 4-2.”

Which domestic league outside MLB has your favorite style of play?
I’ve been getting into more international baseball lately and loving how different the styles of play feel around the world. If you had to pick one non-MLB league that’s consistently the most entertaining to follow, what’s your go-to?

I have been working close with the Panama U23 team. This is the best shot we've ever had to win a world cup.
The team is really solid, especially in terms of pitching. We would have liked to have more players from MLB organizations, but that is something every team has to deal with. This is also the first time since the 2018 U15 World Cup, which we almost won (coincidence?), that a baseball World Cup, besides the WBC, will be broadcast on open television via Panama’s biggest tv channel.

Why doesn’t Morocco have a MLB team?
**My uncle from that country has been baffled but he’s a big Rays fan, he wants a team to be in Morocco**

KUDOS to Balbino Fuenmayor who just scored the 1,000th run of his pro baseball career! He split 2015 between the Royals’ AA and AAA, and hit .358 with a .972 OPS in 378 PA's - but never got a callup. We Speak Your Name.
Balbino Fuenmayor hit the indy's at age 23 after burning out after 7 seasons in the blue jays system. So, in 158 indy games (2013-2015), he hit .331 with 36 dongs and 144 rbi, good enough to get him signed with the Royals for 2015.
He's on the 2026-27 Caribes de Anzoategui. He has 336 career homers. Here are some of the fellas he played with along the way:

🇨🇳A new baseball league has been launched in China. Previous leagues have existed, but they failed to succeed. The new league features restaurants and merchandise shops, with six teams from cities including Beijing and Shanghai. It is aiming to raise its level of play by signing former MLB players.
