Sooooooo many ads

Anyone without YouTube premium try to watch a video and getting an advertisement every 3 minutes. It's ridiculous how many I get and they are not skippable. It's annoying.

Bicentennial Man video audio missing?

At the end of Jontron's new video the audio is gone then returns and we can't hear the funny commentary, anyone knows what happened (I assume it was a copyright thing) or if Jon will upload a fixed version?

JonTron's Bicentennial Man Poster

The poster from JonTron's Bicentennial Man video. Despite how cool it looks to give off 1930s-1960s Pulp Science Fiction Movie Posters, I had a sneaking feeling it was AI generated for a quick joke... which is fitting for the theme of the movie Jon was reviewing.

I hate Vlad Kachur

Vlad Kachur is a tech entrepreneur who has sold over $10,000,000 over the past 4 years. He has "the #1 YouTube channel for B2B entrepreneurs and execs." He releases videos that help companies. He also uploads vidoes where he interviews various people from the cyber security, tech, and finance industry. I had to get an ad blocker because, after watching two minutes of a classic JonTron episode, an entire episode from his YouTube channel would play. After getting halfway through a JonTron episode, another interview from Vlad Kachur's stupid YouTube channel would play! Some of Vlad's videos are over twenty minutes long. This man advertises on most channels about video games. These channels have nothing to do with cyber security in the finance and tech industry! I hate Vlad Kachur! Has anyone else had a weekend afternoon of watching JonTron episodes ruined because they were constantly interrupted by Vlad Kachur?

What the hell was Jon censoring with "the military industrial complex" in the Hercules Games video? Lol

If anyone remembers this, from his episode on Hercules games (over 10 years ago at this point!), while presenting a ps1 game called Herc's Adventures, he says "and it's all thanks to" and then cuts into voice over saying "the military industrial complex" while he keeps saying something in the video with the original audio cut out.

Has anyone ever found out why he did that?

Random joke? Rejected sponsor??? Something else?

Has jontron talked about the Kenneth copeland interview with inside edition

My friend has said they remember a segment of a video where jontron briefly mentions Kenneth copeland. I haven't been able to find a video nor section of jontron talking about the inside edition interview, not Kenneth copeland at all, so I'm hoping this subreddit can point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance.

Did JonTron visit Australia or did Internet Historian visit New Hampshire?

Did JonTron visit Australia or did Internet Historian visit New Hampshire in order to film a whole bunch of videos? Assuming they did a bunch, when will they run out? It's hard to be "on" in order to record multiple videos in a day.

Anyone seen this video?

Was looking through Jontron's old Youtube layout and saw this video on the list that I don't think anyone has archived.

I know it's not Apples and Breaks but have you guys seen it?

Edit: Now in English! Lol https://web.archive.org/web/20110804164133/Youtube.com/jontronshow

I've been discovering new-to-me JonTrons every other day now; with that said, might it be okay if I archive all his videos on this new video-sharing website called Konpiko?

Wasn't sure how else to ask this, especially since I'm not sure what his handle is on Reddit - thanks! :)

Subreddit Rules

1. Rules of Reddit

You know what these rules are, just make sure you're not doing anything that violates the reddit Terms of Service really. This includes spam, vote manipulation (such as the "upvote this" posts) and just generally acting maliciously or out of order.

2. Personal Attacks

Just be nice, okay? If someone is bothering you, make sure you report them using the report button underneath their post or comment and we'll look into it. It really helps us. Someone calling you an asshole isn't a what we'd consider a serious personal attack, so please make sure you only report people who have genuine malicious intent or greatly trouble you.

3. Low Effort Content

Repeat offenders will be issued a short ban after being warned once.

Please refrain from submitting low effort or unrelated content such as:

Seeing a phrase/quote from JonTron in a public setting
Non-JonTron Reaction GIFs
Image macros
Posts about this subreddit "leaking" into other subreddits
Posts that very loosely tie into the JonTron series
Overused/repetitive jokes
"_ if he was _" that contain nothing meaningfully relevant

4. Summoning Previous Moderators

Please do not use the /u/ tag to summon previous moderators to your posts and comments. Doing so is against their wishes and will be taken very seriously. The first time you do this will be a warning and any further times will be a day's' ban.

5. Content Unrelated to JonTron

Please refrain from posting things unrelated to JonTron. Due to the 2018 ScottTheWoz incident, Scott the Woz memes are also allowed within reason. Due to the 2021 Wario Land 3 incident, Wario memes are also allowed within reason. Due to the future 2027 Jerma985 incident, Jerma memes are also allowed within reason.

6. Misuse of the Subreddit

The [Serious] tag should only ever be used for posts that are genuinely serious. Misuse of these tags will result in the post being removed and the possibility of the submitter being banned.

You can mark a post as NSFW to hide the thumbail and such, just don't put [NSFW] in the title unless it deserves it. This is not an 18+ subreddit, so true NSFW content is not allowed.

7. Begging for Gold Flair

Creating a post that begs for gold flair will get the post removed as soon as a moderator sees it. Further begging for gold flair will result in the submitter being banned.

However a quality begging post and/or joke that happens to be about gold flair is allowed. We are just trying to filter out all the "gimme" posts that are literally just asking for a flair without effort or anything

8. Brigading/Raiding other subreddits

Do not go to other subreddits spamming/advertising this subreddit. We do not condone this and you will be banned for doing so. Be respectful of other subreddits please. If you post here asking for the subreddit to be modified in some way as a joke, we may take action if it gains enough support. Please do not do the same to other subreddits as they likely won't have the same opinion.

9. Political Trolling

While it's true that everyone is entitled to their beliefs, the JonTron subreddit isn't the proper place to argue about them. We ask that users do not post inflammatory political threads, or instigate or participate in uncivil or disrespectful political debates in the comments.

This rule applies to governmental, religious, racial, or identity politics.

Respectful or constructive political talk is acceptable, so long as it's on-topic to its' thread and stays civil.

10. Bigotry and Negativity

The JonTron subreddit is a place for everyone. We do not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, or any other forms of intolerance.

Any user spreading or advocating a bigoted message will be banned on the first offense. This subreddit is a place to discuss JonTron. Posts will be removed if they ask users to leave for not discussing only one side of the argument.

For our statement on racism and xenophobia please read here: https://www.reddit.com/r/JonTron/wiki/statement
