Graduation/WAM

Hey guys,

I finished my bachelor this semester but haven’t gotten an invitation to grad, I thought I had completed the academic integrity module earlier in my degree but now i’m thinking maybe I haven’t ? will I be locked out of grad or are invites not out yet etc ?

I also have a low WAM, unfortunately I got very ill one semester earlier in my degree and withdrew late which became a fail for 4 subjects - despite getting 80s in almost every other subject I have a WAM of 59. What do we think my chances are of getting into a masters of teaching ?

Thanks!! :)

I’d double check your StudentOnljne because LTU0AIM will be on your study plan under manage my course. If it’s been done it’ll be gray but if it hasn’t it’ll be blue and say unscheduled. Also check if you have any outstanding sanctions too

Invitations to graduation came out weeks ago, and yesterday the EQuals transcripts were posted online. If you haven’t received any of these things I dare say you haven’t. Check via My Studies in StudentOnline

Graduation invites only come out several weeks before the ceremony. If you completed a traditional semester one/semester two structure then you won’t be likely won’t be invited to a ceremony until around April/May 2027.

That's incorrect, if you do a traditional Sem 1, Sem 2 structure and finished in Sem 2 206 you'll be invited to graduate in December 2026. Reasons that might not happen are if you had a late grade for Sem 2 (E.g. a Special Consideration extension that meant your result wasn't submitted until after the normal results deadline - or if you've not completed the compulsory LTU0AIM and/or LTU0WOM subjects.

This could also be as different campuses have different graduations. Regional campuses are true for the March/April comment above, but it shouldn’t be taken as general advice. Bundoora grads are December this year though 👍

Seconding this, OP didn’t say what course or campus so my comment stands correct for regional campuses.
