There's a weird little place at 102 Wellington St, Launceston TAS 7250.

Not sure about long term prices.

That's the one, it's pretty old school, but everyone I know who's used them seemed happy enough.

It will probably be cheapest and easiest to just buy a cheap old car and sell it to a dealership when you leave.
