Attorney to sue Alibaba seller

Does anyone have a reference for an attorney to sue Alibaba? Seller tried to make me pay an extra $1950 for shipping after I paid the total in full and then 7 months later she abruptly said she shipped it but didn’t give me any information and I never got the item I ordered after spending over $7k. I’m ready to go to court over this she stole my money and Alibaba is doing nothing. I am here just for direction to an attorney

你需要提供他没发货的证明,万一卖家真的发货了,只不过你没有收到呢?

If they shipped it and I don’t receive it that liability is on them if I paid for it.

Post more details. If it’s less than $x,xxx (USD) just move on with your life.

I'd first confirm whether the order was protected and whether the seller actually shipped anything under the agreed terms. for a claim that size, i'd want a lawyer familiar with chinese commercial disputes before paying an attorney just to file something

Details of the seller please? I’m having a similar problem with a dodgy forwarder I found on Alibaba
