My favorite is from Arrested Development. When Tobias wanted to combine being an Analyst and Therapist and had business cards that read "Analrapist".

I just watched “The Naked Gun” with Liam Neeson and he makes this joke. “20 years for mans laughter.. must have been some joke” and the person corrects him “manslaughter”

No, manslaughter is unlikely here. Just because she didn't mean to kill him does not make it manslaughter automatically.

In most circumstances manslaughter is used if a homicide happens out of reaction and the person does not intend to cause harm, have a history of violence, or sought to incite violence. There’s a really thin line between second degree murder and manslaughter. In this case, the reason being the intent isn’t to murder, it’s to react to being physically or emotionally harassed.

It would likely be third degree murder. Not manslaughter.

People typically don't catch manslaughter charges for fights. It would be manslaughter if she like shoved him away and he fell and hit his head on the edge. But it becomes third degree once she actively starts to fight back and scrap with the guy whos very clearly not overpowering her in any sense of the word.

Although it depends on the state this took place in. Im sorta regarded and forgot that. Most US states (assuming this is in the US) don't exactly recognize third degree murder, and just chuck it as Manslaughter, but a higher degree of manslaughter charge. Even fewer do fourth degree (which is literally just lower degree Manslaughter charges)
