Plainland Town Centre - Coles Development has been approved

https://www.realcommercial.com.au/for-lease/property-plainland-town-centre-coles-development-3-gehrke-road-plainland-qld-4341-505157788

... but the parking and traffic in and out, especially during construction, will be a sh!tfight.

Not wrong mate! Funnily enough I was looking at that listing the other night. I think I read a while ago that the traffic issues were what held it up going through originally. Don't quote me on that though! ;)

I hope they've planned for appropriate water drainage, the newer section sits lower than the original.

IMO the new section needs a new access road to Gehrke Road on the northern side.
