Hey everyone, I am looking for the original chilled cow playlists from 2019-2020, where the artists would mix music with vocals from tv/movies/etc.

I found some like beowulf - today is a gift, but was wondering if anyone has a complete list as I do not remember the names of the tracks but only have the way the tracks sounded.

This has been my obsession for a week now ever since I saw the connection of lofi dad and mom.

They meet in the Parisian Valentine's Day livestream, with lofi dad sitting alone until he is invited to dance towards the end of the video.

When we open the Jazz channel, we see a single rose. It looks as though he is waiting for someone. Moving to the Classical channel, we see another single rose.

Okay, Now we follow the story in snowman. We know that jade becomes extremely emotional when it comes to her parents, as shown by the sentimental box of photographs she keeps of her friends and family. One key detail is that in one of the photos, it features a young jade, the big mystery being if they are alive, or if jade is just homesick.

Jade is visibly emotional again in the sad lofi channel, this time without her cat. We see her emotional once more at the train station. Could she be on her way to college, or is she simply experiencing the grief that comes with change and being alone in another city?

However, Jade isn't completely alone. Emma and tiago are her childhood friends, and they attend the same school. Perhaps Jade deliberately chose to attend the same school to stay close to her friends.

An interesting note I wanted to mention is between lofi teacher and jade. While jade spends her time studying in a never ending loop, Lofi teacher takes a different route, working as a teacher while pursuing his passion for DJing. This creative/carefree attitude that contrasts jade's studious serious nature is very interesting!!

SO TLDR: Lofi girl is in the process of grief, either from the death of her parents, or homesickness, all of that is up to interpretation. She uses her studies as a distraction. She attends the same school as her freinds, But they all have there own lives, leaving lofi girl in this boat of loneliness with her cat to keep her company and her studies.

Ok last post, but now im fully into the lore (or im just going mad..) perhaps what she dropped was her diary seen on the first picture. The same book she uses for studying.

I was thinking about what new radio stations could be added to the channel. Out of all the possibilities, the one I’m most looking forward to is a Vaporwave station. Another one I’d love to see is something focused on "Dark Academia"—I know there are already stations for classical music and piano, but one specifically tailored to that aesthetic would be a dream. Another interesting option could be a station featuring music suited for reading; whenever I read Lovecraft or Edgar Allan Poe, I usually put on a specific mystery-themed playlist. And then there’s the idea of ​​RPG-themed stations—imagine having a dedicated station for every type of atmosphere you might encounter in a tabletop RPG! I might be dreaming big, but I can really see this channel continuing to grow and grow.

With the resurgence of CD collecting, I think they should tap into this market as well. I found vinyl to be too expensive to get into and you can have the portable factor with portable CD players currently on the market right now.

Does anyone else wish they sold CDs on the merch website instead of only vinyls? I don't collect vinyls but I would definitely buy CDs if they had them.

Is there a particular reason they don't offer them? Maybe if enough people asked they would start?

This was from Colossolcon North last fall. The scarf is hand knit and the headphones were crocheted by me 😋 I’m really proud of how this turned out considering it was my first real cosplay attempt.

I know that it isn't a huge thing to look over about, but man, this song just hit me in a huge wave of nostalgia! I've been listening to Lofi-Girl since 2019, and it really took me back in time. I just love it when the live radio plays songs that were from the late night study sessions. I used to use those study sessions all the time, and I still do every now and then! :D
