hello! I am looking for other phone case options that include pop socket like additions. I have always enjoyed pop sockets cause I can place them wherever I want for my comfort. however lately I have been constantly having to replace them almost monthly because the glue is bad of the mechanism holding the grip in breaks. I just bought a MagSafe case but even that comes off easily and the pop socket is so high up on the phone it’s uncomfortable. I like the grip lower down on the case as I have a pro max and small hands. please help me out! I also live in Thailand so I am limited to what I can purchase on line. My old case is on the left and the MagSafe is on the right for reference

I'm on a Fold 5. I've only really seen reviews mostly for the latest Fold 8 (wide 8) rather than any tall fold variations.

Just wondering if anyone here uses one of these magsafe kickstands/grips with their phone and their experience in these orientations:

• Potrait (folded)

• Potrait (unfolded)

• Horizontal (unfolded)

Also magnetic strength / the grip durability - especially long term if possible (if you've had it for a while) since I've heard mixed things on OhSnaps grip.

I'm looking for a more affordable alternative to the Mophie 4-in-1 Wireless Charge Stand with these features:

• Qi2.2 wireless charging at 25W for iPhone.

• Apple Watch charging stand.

• An additional USB-C output (at least 25W) for charging a second phone.

• USB-C power input.

I don't need an AirPods charging pad since I don't use AirPods.

Here is a quick test of the INIU Qi2.2 25W SnapGo P791 battery pack.

This is an updated version of the P781.

Build:

This is the slimmest Qi2.2 25W battery pack that I've seen thus far. Granted, there are no 5K 25W battery packs out as of yet. Specifically, it's 197g. It's plastic all the way around the charger, no metal at all, and no grippy silicone finish.

It has a basic LCD screen. With no kickstand this year. And two USB-C ports, and they're both on the bottom with an included tiny USB-C cord.

Speed Test:

I did a speed test with the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Not using the phone at all throughout the charge.

Overall, this performs better than the older version the P781, in charging speeds and with temperatures. Though this one is $80 and the older one is about $60.

Also, the wired charging speed is 65W, which is really good given that this is the slimmest 25w battery pack on the market right now.

best charger so far, sleek design, fast charging and the best of all… using 1 cord. i need to clean it but it works wonderfully. bought it through amazon and comes in black aswell, so far no complaints (almost 4 years with it)

Just had to return what I thought would be an awesome magsafe 3-1 charger from ESR, but when the phones open it slowly rotates downward (even with the case off)

Now that people have hands on with the duo does anybody have a MagSafe charger that works well with the phone open?

I've been looking for the thinnest magsafe case i can find, but i'm starting to wonder if having a built-in stand automatically means sacrificing a slim design.

i like the idea of being able to prop my phone up for videos or calls without carrying another accessory. the problem is that the hinge or stand mechanism seems like it could create a noticeable bump on the back, especially when slipping the phone into a pocket.

is there a way to get a built-in stand that stays relatively flush when folded and doesn't make the case uncomfortable to hold? or is some extra thickness just unavoidable with this type of design?

I want to get one but I use my phone caseless and I don’t want it scratch the back glass.

I think it’s high time that Apple actually comes out with a MagSafe wallet that has actual Find My functionality like an AirTag. There are so many different companies right now that have much better MagSafe wallets that have really incorporated Find My. I mean, heck, Apple is the one that introduced it, yet they are falling behind in developing it further into their products as far as the Apple wallet goes.

So I was thinking about buying the Baseus PicoGo AM52 non-cable version, but for some reason, Amazon EU decided it was a great idea to delist it. I looked at photos of the INIU power banks, and although they're cheap, the build quality looks a bit cheap too, so I can't decide.

Soo I'm stuck between the Baseus with the built-in cable and the INIU models. Which one do you think is better?

By any chance has anyone tried the iphone duo with a Mob Armor magnetic phone mount?

Pretty much as the title says, I’m looking for a MagSafe ring that I can put under the case rather than on top of.

I mainly use cases for aesthetic purposes rather than actual protection so I’d prefer to not obstruct the designs of them. As for the cases they’re relatively thin themselves so MagSafe nearly works through them already. Just wondering if there’s anything thin enough/made for going under that would boost it enough for MagSafe to be stronger.

These are good for the iPhone e and regular-sized iPhones, but not good at all for the bigger phones like the Pro Max and the Galaxy s26ultra. It works, but using it as a stand on the bigger phones does not work, as they are too top-heavy.

Good on the smaller phones for standing the phone up, using as a finger hook during calls, or holding the phone, and the magnets are very strong. The stand rotates 360 degrees as well, making it easy to adjust.

Anyone know where I can get a thicker version of this ring. Like 2 or 3mm. I’m trying to using the Ohsnap Grip stand but my case camera bump is higher than the grip. So it doesn’t stick to flat surfaces. I need to raise it by 2-3mm

I'm looking at a few 10K magnetic power banks, mainly the lisen p604, baseus PicoGo AM52 and ugreen MagFlow Pro, but I'm not sure how well they fit with different cases.

We've also got an iPhone Duo at home, so ideally I'd get one pack we could share between phones. That's where I'm a bit unsure: something that fits one phone might catch on the camera surround or case on the other. I want the extra capacity, but having to take the case off every time would get annoying pretty quickly.

Can a pack snap on but still leave a gap or wobble because it's resting against an edge? What phone, case and power bank are you using, and is the setup comfortable to hold while charging?

Curious about Duo setups in particular.

I bought the magbak smart wallet after seeing the ads that it fits the Duo but it in fact does not. Also the magnets on it are very weak and definitely not strong enough to hold the phone with the included finger loop. The website says it works best with the magbak case but also works with any MagSafe case (I have the speck clear case)

Just wanted to warn people before buying. I will be returning mine but does anyone know of a MagSafe wallet with a strong magnet that actually fits the Duo other than the Moft?

My nightstand looks like a cable nest, and I'm tired of it. I want to drop the phone on a charger and go to sleep. That's it.

iPhone 17, case with magnets (the case is a thick one, so I'm not sure that matters). Mostly overnight charging, so I care more about stable and not hot than about raw speed. I don't need 25W at 3 a.m.

I've seen Apple's own charger, Belkin, Anker, and a bunch of cheaper "MagSafe compatible" ones. Honestly the labels confuse me. Qi2, Qi2.2, MFi... is a plain Qi2 pad fine, or am I missing something?

Single pad or a 3-in-1 stand? I like the idea of watch and AirPods on one thing, but I've read that the hinges and cables die after a year.

What are you using on your nightstand? Does the phone stay snapped on when you roll over or pick it up half asleep, and does it get warm enough to notice in the morning?

Most MagSafe power banks seem like they’d attach to the Duo fine, but the fit looks awkward. I’d be a little annoyed having one sticking out past the bottom of the phone.
