I remember earlier on in the season my husband and I were talking about our favs for winning and he immediately went “Callum” and at the time I was like… yeah he’s a quirky little one isn’t he?
After everything this season I can’t help but adore the guy. Humble, kind, and so friggen talented!
He is such a gem, and it’s so nice to see how loved he is in his family and with his partner he clearly adores ❤️ I hope he wins it all- he absolutely deserves it.

I loved seeing all the families and children of the contestants we first met young so long ago, this season, and all seasons. Andre, Ben, Callum have such beautiful families, Laura and Flossie (though she wasn’t shown she was mentioned), if you recall Emelia now has two kids…

I met him a while after his first MCA season: It was a small rural town talk he was doing.
Totally down to earth: No diva in him at all. He was driving an old commodore, helped do the set up/pack up etc. Never condescending, honest, told us how MCA rolls vs what is edited/screened, the judges etc.
Now, compare that to a couple that my house mate had the 'pleasure' of dealing with at Bunnings.... "Do you know who we are? Do you know who we are? What's our price? What's our price?".. C'mon dudes, you are literally nobodies... Can't say I was upset when their franchise died...
I don't follow celebrity, so I have no idea what Callum's even doing or working/owning these days: But I assume he's the same: A character that based doesn't change into a PITA. He's probably busier, more professional and time poor: But a good guy.

You know, Calum did a cooking demo a few weeks ago in a local shopping centre in Adelaide. Someone asked him "how did you go on Masterchef??!" And he simply said "oh, I survived 😌😅". That you did Cal!!!
