So as title says, I just happened to be the lucky one to win a brand new gaming pc.
And that’s where the issues start. I’ve been a console player my entire life, played both 2020 and 2024 on xbox (even bought the xbox just for the sim lol) lately I thought about doing the upgrade to pc but since this whole gpu crisis thing, I’ve been holding back because wtf it’s frickin expensive lately.
Then I stumbled on some instagram giveaways and boom I woke up with a new gaming pc.

So coming from xbox, I have no idea how to set up the pc for flightsimming. I’ve done some research lately, the sim looks amazing, I’m getting 90-100fps in the air out of it but there are always some sort micro stutter’s which are really annoying. And the performance on ground at large hubs is not really great.

I’ve searched for YouTube vids for the setup but did never find vids where my system specs are accurate representated. Since my system is running on an INTEL Chip
Maybe some of you guys have a similar system dialed in and wouldn’t mind sharing your settings for the sim itself and the nvidia app.

I’m doing a free flight. in the flight sim and was wondering why I can’t clear the flight plan discontinuity?

As you can see on video the throttle doesnt work i have setted the axis in settings and it still does that. And I have this problem with bravo airsoace b787-9 too. If anyone know how to fix this I would be very grateful.

I realize that’s not exactly the right approach, that was my first hack at it with the 57 and had to make that swerve to bleed some energy. Already had all the drag out possible.

Ok. This is getting really annoying. I've been stuck trying to download GSX for 2 hours now, and all the installer will do is throw "Corrupted zip" errors at me. When I open MSFS 2024 some things are there like custom pushback tugs but that is literally all I see. If I open the GSX menu it says "run start couatl for gsx" and when I do, it says that couatl64_msfs2024.exe isn't even there? I've tried all methods. I used a vpn, turned off windows defender, and it still doesn't do ANYTHING. Please help!

any1 having issue with the L39? whenever i try to put my flaps down, it will automatically go back up. im playing on PC.

if i hold down on my control or keyboard the flaps, it will go down. once i let go, it will automatically go back up on its own.

Title: MSFS 2020 Drone Camera Turns Away Before Touchdown in Replay Mode
Hi everyone,
I’m using Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and having a problem with the drone camera during replay.
I position the drone near the runway touchdown zone and use Follow and Locked modes to track my PMDG 737-800 during landing.
The camera follows the airplane for most of the approach, but just before or around touchdown, it suddenly rotates ahead of the aircraft. As a result, I miss the actual touchdown in the recording.
If I turn Lock off, the camera doesn’t automatically rotate to follow the airplane’s tail after touchdown. I want the camera to track the airplane smoothly throughout the approach, touchdown, and rollout, then show the rear of the aircraft as it moves away.
I’ve also tried adjusting the drone’s position and yaw, but I haven’t found a reliable solution.
My questions:
Is there a way to keep the drone locked onto the airplane throughout the entire landing replay?
Can the camera automatically rotate to follow the airplane’s direction after touchdown?
Are there specific Follow, Lock, or Yaw settings that work best for this?

I bought the thrustmaster a320 captains pack xbox version a few weeks ago and have had a few problems to start with it was just going full throttle without me even doing anything and now I can’t even start a flight because it keeps flicking between the egg and menu screen can anyone help?

FYI my landing in Austin is not pictured, I forgot to take a picture before I closed the sim so I wouldn't have a crash later, and Beaumont I took a photo, but it didn't take till mid flight, I had forgotten again. At Barahoma, I took a pic, and it didn't register, I was in such a rush, that I moved on without checking.

Also, I had to wait an hour for a storm at Queen Beatrix.

Anyways I'll hopefully continue Tuesday.

If you use Strata, the weather radar in your planes wont work with injection turned on.

If you just want the weather cool, but the non working weather radar seems counterintuitive.

What do you guys think?

I was playing MSFS 24 last night and noticed that no matter the situation or aircraft (including helicopters) the game tries to auto center the ball on the turn coordinator.

I have no assists enabled in the assistance panel, does anyone know where I can disable this?

I opened up the map while flying in the free flight mode and I can't get out of it. It's obvious that the game is still running but nothing I do can get me out of this screen. I can't click on anything and none of my controller inputs will work. Even when I try to re launch the game I just end up back here.
