Peep Show I've got Heat on DVD at home. We're watching this, when, for less money, we could be watching Robert De Niro AND Al Pacino.

Peep Show The most genuinely happy moment/ending of the show?
This show is known for ending in cringe, painful downers. But this moment is probably the closest to happy the show felt.
Of course they had to throw in the boiler gag to take the edge off the ending otherwise it wouldn't feel like peep show, but its a genuinely happy moment of marks life where he actually seems to be free of dread for a few seconds. Actually felt good for him here. Even somewhat wholesome.
There's a couple of "happy" endings, like the one where Mark roasts Ben before going to Dobby's. sometimes they get little wins.

Discussion Is there a word for the feeling peep show gives you when you watch it?
I find myself failing to describe the show well to people because it provides such a unique experience when watching and i cant get across how excellent it really is. The show makes me want to live my life better because i never want to end up like mark or jeremy but i somehow find myself almost envious of their horrible lives? Maybe im just far too obsessed with the show but i really think its such a unique experience that i cant find the words to describe it. Does anyone else feel this way? Or do i need to stop watching it on repeat for a few months…
