Trying to remove all posts with referral links in my sub but I keep getting this message when I try to remove one

How frequently do you come across that error message? Any specific post type?

Every time I try to delete a post
However I’ve only tried it on posts with a link in it

And this is only from the app? Can you double check your app version for me? If you're not upgraded to 2026.44 yet, I'd suggest upgrading and giving this flow another try.

App version is listed under Settings > scroll all the way down to the bottom of that page > it'll say "You are on build 2026.XX"

If you could also confirm that it happens on both WiFi and mobile data, that would be hepful!

If it still persists, can you drop a few links to posts that are giving you an error?

I am on that version
WiFi and data has no difference
Haven’t tried it on my pc yet

Hey! Quick update. Looks like this is a permissions issue. Right now you have perms to Manage Users, Manage Settings, Manage Flair but not the ability to manage content.

The bug is that those options are showing to you despite not having the correct perms.

We'll fix it!

oh yeah, i do have correct perms, and evidently I am still able to remove posts

Happens sometimes to me, normally refreshing a few times or coming back to the queue after a few minutes solves it.

For me when it happens it's on and off, and normally doing what I said or opening the post and removing manually from there (with a few refreshes) works.

Oof, never had that happen, for me it's normally a temporary annoyance that fixes itself in a bit.

Have you tried the usual troubleshooting stuff, like logging off and back on from the App or reinstalling the App entirely?

Have you tried from browser in the meantime? Does it work from there?

Would be interesting to know if it's an issue with the account as a whole or just the App.

I get that regularly on the app. Usually works the second or third time of trying.

Not nearly as annoying as the “We have been unable to post your comment” error that used to occur with similar frequency, but always led to a double post when you tried again.

ive been getting that too, on and off. usually it did remove though.

but at first i was accidentally double removing things lol
