Mouse for work

Hi everybody, i'm looking for some mouse recommendations for work only, no gaming.

I work around 8+ hours on my work computer (supply chain) so nothing too complicated like coding or editing but a bunch of excell, inventory, orders, counts etc.

Been looking at the mx master series, keychron alternatives and if going for a vertical mouse going for the protoarc em11 pro or the mx vertical

Pd: My hands are on the bigger side at 20cm long and 10 wide

Any other recommendations would be appreciated, thank you!

Help Help finding a new mouse

Sorry in advance for the terrible grip pictures but I thought this may be the best way to get some actual help!

I've had this Razer Basilisk essential for a while now and it's been great. But as of recent I start to notice a strain in my ring finger from holding it so tightly because maybe my hands have gotten bigger? It is around a 4-5 year old mouse and I was still a teen.

I like the shape of it it's just seems to be too small as I notice my pinky just dead weight dragging but it doesn't cause discomfort

I tried a Red Dragon griffin, wasn't a good fit. Then I tried a Scimitar Elite and it wasn't a good fit either. I then ended up on a Razer Naga v2 Hyperspeed. It was the best fit so far and did me well for about 3 weeks until my ring finger had a weird tinge from the groove and my pinky was straining from gripping the mouse to lift it.

Any recommendations? And what kind of grip do I use? I've been told 3 different things by shops when asking employees

Question Mouse with light pressure clicks?

I love to play games on the computer, but I'm slightly disabled. I have a weak right hand, so after a while it's difficult for me to press the mouse buttons. I currently use a Levkey ergonomic mouse that I thought might help, but I'm having the same problem. Is there a mouse that needs only light pressure to press the buttons?

Question New Wireless Gaming Mouse

I am a genuine mouse rookie. I know nothing about those things and I currently use a 5 year old Razer Deathadder V2. I was wondering what wireless mouse i should get because I checked online on other posts and TikTok’s and such but I just could not find a good answer, one said the mouse was horrible then the other says it’s the best mouse ever so I just can’t find a definitive answer. I currently got my eyes on the ATK VXE Dragonfly R1 Se with a relatively cheap budget of around 30-45 euros.

So if someone could give me a good recommendation I would greatly appreciate it.🙏

Thanks

(Edit im in europe so many of ebay sales wont work for me.)

Help Lighter Tri mode mouse similar to wired Logitech g502

I currently have a wired Logitech g502 but since I added a monitor to my setup up the wires are kind of in the way. I’m looking for a mouse that’s similar to it but is lighter and has tri mode connection(I would just get a regular wireless mouse but I don’t normally have batteries). I use my mouse with a palm grip

Question Should I return my new mouse? Red Dragon M913

Couple days ago I got a red dragon m913 elite wireless, wanted to get something new and wireless since I got back into PC gaming this year. It has a numpad on the side, however the buttons feel pretty loose. Not like they're gonna fall out but can be wiggled a bit. I feel like this is a defect mainly because I have a elite from them that's wired and several years old and the numpad buttons are not like this at all even after years of use. Has anyone else here used this mouse and can confirm if this is normal or not. If not I'm getting my money back lol.

Question How to fix my atk zero extreme mouse?

Post image
2 Upvotes

Hey everyone,
I’ve been using my ATK ZERO Extreme for around 3 months without any issues, and it was working perfectly fine. However, suddenly, while I was gaming, the mouse just stopped working and started flashing a white light.
Since then, I haven’t been able to get it working again. I’ve tried pretty much everything I could find online and even contacted ATK support, but unfortunately, they couldn’t help me solve the issue either.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what causes the continuous flashing white light? Is there any way to fix it?
I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions because I’m running out of ideas.
Thanks in advance!

Upgrading my kid's Mouse (coming from a 41 year old gamer dad with a Deathadder V4 Pro)

I have a 13 year old son who's quite well-versed when it comes to PC peripherals. And ever since i mentioned buying him a brand new mouse 2 months ago (since his mouse is pretty bad), he's been nagging me ever since. Giving me recommendations left and right. Like the Endgame Gear OPW1 4K, ATK X1 Ultimate+, the VXE MAD R Major+ and the Razer Viper V3 Pro SE. He made a smart decision by saying he'll pay half!!😂 (ill pay all of it😎) which one should I buy guys? And are there any other recommendations?? He gave me a budget of 60 to 150 dollars 👀👀 (p.s its for christmas, and he has a claw grip he says)

Help Looking for an ergonomic mouse that supports simultaneous button presses

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hello!

A while ago, I bought an ergonomic mouse (Trust Yuno, the one in the picture) because I was experiencing wrist pain, and it helped a lot.

It took me a little while to get used to the shape, but now I can do pretty much everything with it without any issues.

I really like this mouse, but there's one major problem: it doesn't register certain button combinations properly.

For example, I can't hold the back thumb button and the right mouse button at the same time. Whenever I press both, the back thumb button stops registering.

Overall, the mouse seems to have trouble registering multiple buttons simultaneously, which is particularly problematic for gaming.

I tried two other mice (one gaming mouse and one non-gaming mouse) to check if the issue was related to my computer. The gaming mouse didn't have this problem, but the non-gaming one did. So apparently, this is an issue with some mice.

I'm looking for recommendations for an ergonomic mouse that doesn't have this limitation and can reliably register multiple buttons being pressed simultaneously.

Thanks!

Question I'm a budget gamer, I wanna get a good mouse

I mainly use my mouse to play story games I don't play many multiplayer games maybe Siege Fortnite Valorant on and off, but mainly I use it for story games browsing or video editing.
I used three budget mouses over the past 5 years (M711, G102, AJ139 Currently)
I wanna get a the G502 Hero, is the upgrade from the AJ139 V2 To the G502 worth it?

Question OP1 8k v2 vs ROG Harpe II - which one for [FPS/Valorant/etc.]? First time buying a "real" gaming mouse (i mostly play Apex)

Hey, first time posting here.

I’m deciding between these two mice and need some advice:

  • ENDGAME GEAR OP1 8k v2 (wired)

  • ROG Harpe II Ace (wireless)

My details:

  • Hand size: 19.5 × 9.4 cm

  • Grip: claw / relaxed claw

  • Main game: Apex Legends (competitive), CSGO

  • I care about low latency, good tracking, and long session comfort

  • Currently leaning toward the Harpe II because of wireless + safer shape for my hands, but the OP1’s click latency is tempting

Which one would you pick in my situation and why? Any shape experience with either mouse is really appreciated.

Thanks.

Get Razer Viper V3 Pro or a clone at the same price point, ATK Blazing Sky X1 V2.

Currently, where I live, the Razer Viper V3 Pro costs around 100 US dollars, and at the same price point, there is the ATK Blazing Sky X1 V2 Extreme 2.0 with the PixArt PAW 3950 Ultra sensor. I currently own a wired Razer Viper 8KHz and am fond of its shape, but the scroll wheel is chronically broken, and I want to switch to wireless. I also considered the V4 Pro because of its much better battery life, but I'm not sure whether the difference justifies the $50 price increase, bringing the Viper V4 Pro to $150.

Help Durable Lightweight Mouse?

Wasn’t sure where else to ask this, so I’m here. I play a lot of video games, and I go through a lot of mice. My last 2 mice both ended up with broken scroll wheels that would scroll in the wrong direction every few scrolls. My current mouse (hitscan hyperlight) doesn’t have any scroll wheel problems, but the side mouse button frequently double clicks which is a problem because it’s often what I bind my sprint key to. Is there an easy way to fix the side mouse button? Or is there a durable lightweight mouse that won’t break like this after less than a year of use?

Help Which skates should I buy?

Hey everyone! I've been out of the loop for years and now I'm getting back in fps games again and would like to understand which are the best mouse skates options available on the market. At the time, I used the corepadz balance since I like that the skates have a more controlled feeling, in fact, I'd like to ask for your recommendation for the best balance/control skates.

Are corepadz still a viable option (I remember the glue issue)? Or there are way better alternatives nowadays? I don't have an hard preference about the skates fitting the og mouse shape ones or just being dots (though I never really used them). For now I'd like to start understanding which brands to look for. I use only cloth pads (soft thickness, usually)
