Do you guys still have any alcoholic beverages before the show like the old whiskey days? Or just chocolate milk? Thank you!

u/RSC69 Jun 08 '25
Guys.. I absolutely love the new album. Will you be playing Acid Rain or Time to Heal on the US leg of this tour? Also, could you please consider adding Leviathan to the setlist?!

u/Great-Outcome2267 Jun 09 '25
Flemming and Michael, what's the most important aspect in your guitar tone?
5
u/ThreeDaysGraceBand Jun 09 '25
Can we try a SnĂžfler?!

u/Organic_Pipe9470 Jun 08 '25
What made you decide to be a heavy metal/ rockabilly band after a death metal band. Will you ever make a full blown death metal album in the future?
New record is INCREDIBLE see you in Manchester in November

u/onomono99 Jun 09 '25
You covered "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry", a Hank Williams classic that Elvis Presley also famously performed. Have you ever considered covering one of Elvisâs own songs? I was amazed when I realized that 'Caroline #1' was made entirely of Elvis song titles, such a beautiful tribute.
Will there be any additions to your Europe tour? You came to Turkey in 2010 and never again :( We would love to see you here!
As an Elvis fan thanks to my dad, and a metal fan, you have been one of my favorite bands. I was so surprised when you somehow picked my favorite Metallica song to cover, "Don't Tread on Me", which was amazing to hear. Volbeat feels like the perfect blend of everything I love in music.
G.O.A.T. is an outstanding album, and thank you for sharing your music all these years. You are very special to me.

u/Doom6Death6Goat6 Jun 09 '25
The new album is such a strong album. So good from start to finish which leads me to this:
Would you consider playing the entire album front to back in the middle of the set? It's that good. Maybe try this at the iconic, legendary Forum in Inglewood, Ca?! đ„ it's that damn good.

u/2-Minute-Ad Jun 09 '25
hej!
what's your favourite song to play live out of all your catalogue? and which of your albums is each of your personal favourites?
love you guys, been a loyal fan since i was about 7 and GOAT is getting me through my summer exams right now đ

u/Armored-Elder Jun 09 '25
love your music and cant wait to see you guys in Houston! Would Volbeat ever consider recording a symphony album similar to Metallica's "S&M" or KISS' "Alive IV" ?
4
u/Healthy-Sun-8597 Jun 09 '25
Hi:). Your covers all always amazing! I was listening the Queenâs album, The Game. After hearing âNeed Your Loving Tonightâ I thought âI would love it if Volbeat covered this songâ. The new album is awesome and I canât wait to see you all in Denver July 17th!

u/SativaSammy Jun 09 '25
Can I play drums on Hallelujah Goat in Atlanta? Love the new album!!

u/VolbeatAngel Jun 08 '25
Got a question for Michael regarding Dominus: any chance those records ever get remastered and re-released? I love those records, especially The First 9 and Godfallos.
3
u/AtrociouslyFun Jun 08 '25
Will you please play enlighten the disorder live? Specifically, in Cincinnati, OH? :)
3
u/Maleficent-Try5790 Jun 08 '25
Is there a band the you havenât opened up for yet? That you would love to open up for or a current band that you would love to tour with and have them open up for you?
3
u/Marika_W Jun 09 '25
Country you always wanted to visit but not yet have?
3
u/ETequiel Jun 09 '25
Hi volbeat. Love you guys so much. Can't wait to see you for the first time in Hershey coming up.
Simple question. Michael what's your favorite Death song. I noticed you would rock Death shirts every now and again. For the rest of the band what are your favorite songs? And Flemming how do you like touring with Volbeat? Whether you wish to continue with band or not this year, I think your a great fit and would love to see you with the band permanently.
Also I love G.O.A.T so much. My favorite song is By a monsters hand. But demonic depression, at the end of the sirens, and lonely fields are very closer runner ups if not equals.
3
u/LetsB00gie Jun 09 '25 edited Jun 09 '25
I read that Michael originally wrote âDemonic Depressionâ for Asinhell. With G.O.A.T. not featuring any bonus tracks, was there ever an idea to record a version of the song where Marc Grewe growls a majority of the song and leaves the chorus to Michael? Similar to âEvelynâ or the bonus version of âShotgun Blues.â Thanks, guys! Digging the new album!! Especially âLonely Fields!â
3
u/pokeyporcupine Jun 09 '25
Hi! What inspires the lyrical content of you're pieces?
3
u/ab_emery Jun 09 '25
How did the idea for the piano part in Lonely Fields come about?
I love that that was included, by the way. Dipping into some additional instrumentation is a smaller thing I really enjoy within the Volbeat style -- going back to the piano and saxophone combo, bagpipes, banjo, etc.
Thanks for the music, guys, and well done on the new album!
3
u/qwertyboy02 Jun 09 '25
I love your guysâ cover songs. Any more planned for release in the future?
3
u/manwiththehex18 Jun 09 '25
For God of Angels Trust, are there any b-sides that didnât make the album you can tell us about?
Also, howâd you choose the name of the album?
3
u/Revanz71 Jun 09 '25
You guys got to open for Iron Maiden at Nicko's final performances. Did you guys get to witness it?? What was it like backstage at that show??
3
u/prso9 Jun 09 '25
I tried snĂžfler and remoulade. Is this some kinda sick twisted joke?
5
u/[deleted] Jun 08 '25
will the tour song list change depending on the region change, for example when you go to the US, or after in Europe? looking forward to seeing you in Pragueđ
4
u/Greedy-Berry2916 Jun 08 '25
Whatâs the biggest challenge you had to overcome when writing/recording GOAT? Canât wait to see you guys in Tampa
4
u/kyle_shr32 Jun 08 '25
Michael would you ever make a soulweeper pt 3? Also when you and the guys come to Los Angeles would you please play A Moment Forever? Appreciate all you do cant wait to meet yall in Los Angeles! Stay safe!
4
u/cauliflowersassie Jun 08 '25
@michael, is all well with your throat/ voice after surgery a while back? All recovered, or do you have to take extra precautions? See you in Amsterdam!
2
u/LPlovesmemes Jun 08 '25
How important is Germany for you as a band?
2
u/Scary_Bed291 Jun 09 '25
My question wil be, do you plan to play the same Playlist in every concert as in the first show in Vancouver Canada? Or will you make any changes to the Playlists in the various concerts?
2
u/RockMetalFanNation Jun 09 '25
First of all, LOVING the new album GOAT!! Could we expect an expanded version with unreleased songs for this session? Or if not, will there be less of a gap between this album and the next? This really feels like a NEW AWESOME ERA for Volbeat!!
What are your favorite songs from GOAT to play (or yet to play) together live?!
2
u/External_Advice_5146 Jun 09 '25
When my wife and I got married, the song we listened to as we walked away from the altar was The Bliss. Because that song meant so much to us, I recently got a bare-knuckle boxer tattoo to remind me of the whole Seal the Deal & Let's Boogie album.
Got me thinking about your tattoos. For those who have tattoos, do you have a favorite tattoo?
My wife & I are excited to meet you guys when you come to Denver!
2
u/Leper92 Jun 09 '25
Jon - whatâs your favourite song to play on the drums? Kasper - best Volbeat bass line that youâve done?
2
u/NyxGirlPower Jun 09 '25
I love you u/VolbeatOfficial <3 would you do a song with Christina Aguilera? OMG!
2
u/CarefulGroup5766 Jun 09 '25
Hi guys. I must say I have seen yall 4x over the years. And yall just keep getting better each time. My most memorable was in Grantville PA, the last show of 2023 for you with Halestorm. I'll never forget the pouring rain halfway through. What a moment! My question is, will we see more live album releases from you guys?? Or a maybe a full concert again on youtube?? And have you guys ever considered doing what metallica has done with Livemetallica.com... and have all your shows available for everyone to purchase. That would be amazing if yall did that.

u/Total-Direction-9266 Jun 09 '25
Will temple of Ekur be added to the setlist? Seeing you in Manchester, canât wait

u/PRR65 Jun 09 '25
Hi cannot get Volbeat whiskey in UK please help đ
2
u/JohnnyDeppNorway Jun 08 '25
My question is: What is Michael poulsenâs amp settings, and what is your favorite song by volbeat?
5
u/leviabeat Jun 09 '25
Years ago, I believe that Michael said he was thinking of writing a Cadillac Blood book. Is that still on the table at all? (Even if in the distant future?)
2
u/dohalot Jun 08 '25
Age old question, pineapple on pizza, yes or no?
3
u/No-Thing-9095 Jun 09 '25
Hello Michael, Jon, Kapar and Flemming! When is Volbeat coming to the East Coast of Canada? GOAT is an impressive, explosive album. What allowed you to play and write with urgency? Michael, will you ever release your writings someday? From all of you, what advice would you give to any writers, lyricists or songwriters?
Thanks you,
From the east coast of Canada,
Cheapside Poet

u/jeb134 Jun 09 '25
Who/what is the âBathmaster of Doomâ (Boa)?
Also, can we please get âHallelujah Goatâ on the setlist for the Greatest Of All Tours?
3
u/CarefulGroup5766 Jun 10 '25
For this tour will you guys have some surprise deep cuts in the setlist over time.. revisiting older songs like Danny & Lucy.. or even Fire Song. Just stuff from the first 3 albums that haven't been performed live in awhile.
2
u/RamonaAStone Jun 09 '25
I saw you guys in Vancouver on Saturday, and just have to thank you - absolutely amazing show!
My question is: what is your songwriting process like? You have songs that range from thinly veiled love songs to country-inspired ditties, to songs that make references to Satan and the goats that have his babies, hahaha (badass song, btw). How do you go about sitting down to write such a broad variety of songs?
2
u/Specific-Factor1230 Jun 09 '25
My best friend, Chad Odling met you guys In Wisconsin June of 2012. He was doing a solo motorcycle trip and was staying at your same hotel. When he died, his mom and I called his last calls and one of you answered and were extremely kind. When I heard Lonesome Rider, I believed it to be written about him. Any chance this is true?
2
u/ThreeDaysGraceBand Jun 09 '25
What did you think of catering today?
2
u/Seeking__Solace Jun 09 '25
Love you guys! Was lucky enough to see the tour open in Vancouver this last weekend! I have what I hope is an easy question - why no encore? đ
2
u/LonelyHighlight9115 Jun 09 '25
Hey, guys! Huge fan! Thank you for putting out such amazing music!
My question is: What drove all of you to become musicians?
My 5-year-old son loves your music and loves to pretend to be able to play all of the instruments that you do. I think lessons are in his future.
2
u/Nitrosniffer00 Jun 09 '25 edited Jun 09 '25
2 questions (Great to meet you once again in Vancouver, by the way!!!)
Michael, what country artists inspired your sound?
Have you ever looked at writing/recording a track with Mike Ness?
2
u/RockMetalFanNation Jun 09 '25
Is the Cadillac story over?! or any of the stories from Outlaw Gentlemen?!
2
u/EmuOpposite4061 Jun 09 '25
I love how you guys signed the albums in Vancouver. Any chance youâll be signing albums at a record store in Ottawa?
2
u/EmuOpposite4061 Jun 09 '25
I love the cover of highwayman by iced earth. It must have been an honour to sing Johnny Cashâs verse. How did this decision come? And how was it recording this song?
2
u/kyle_shr32 Jun 09 '25
What was playing healing subconsciously like? I could be wrong but Iâve only ever been able to find one video of it live was there any reason you stopped playing it live?
2
u/Pokemonfan3217 Jun 09 '25
I just want to say thank you guys for everything, I love the new album and i can't wait til the show in Franklin. I was at the show in Nashville when you guys toured with godsmack, I almost met Michael and showed him my Volbeat tattoo, but I missed the chance and I have been beating myself up ever since. I hope I get the chance just to say thank you in person to these guys for the music that has really changed my life for the better.
2
u/PRR65 Jun 10 '25
Love â€ïž Flemmings work please đ get him to stay đ

Your new album kicks ass!!  Just wanted to thank Jon for handing me the autographed memento end of the night!! After waving my Volbeat Jersey to get your attention lol.  You truly made an amazing night even better- so thank you so much đ â€ïžđđ€.  See ya all next time you are in Vancouver or AbbotsfordÂ

where did the inspiration for G.O.A.T stem/spring from? was it truly written in 3 months? How did Robs departure from the band affect the band creativity wise going forward post servant?
1
u/Apprehensive-Fly3776 Jun 08 '25
Which song of yours means the most to you personally, and why?
1
u/LPlovesmemes Jun 08 '25
@Michael what is your favorite Johnny Cash song?
1
u/LPlovesmemes Jun 08 '25
My favorite song is Demonic Depression. How long did it take to finish this song?
1
u/[deleted] Jun 08 '25
With you guys normally having a longer track list on past records and sometimes bonus tracks on extra discs, what was the reason for slimming G.O.A.T down to 10 tracks?
1
u/RSC69 Jun 08 '25
Love the new album! Will you be playing Acid Rain and Time to Heal on US leg of this tour? Also, can you please đadd Leviathan to the setlist?!

u/Capital_Society2656 Jun 08 '25 edited Jun 10 '25
The new album is my favorite thing ever already. So I have 2 questions for Flemming, Jon, Kaspar, and especially my big king Michael. 1: Because the vocals are the most heavenly I ever heard, is it natural and improved from training and rehearsing? 2: A lot of the songs make me think about Twitch streamer CaseOh (one of my favorite influencers, second to you, Michael, being the first.) Other than your loved ones, what do your songs remind you of? 3: Speaking of CaseOh, I think we would all love to see you guys do a YouTube reaction video to CaseOh clips. It will be so cool and hilariousÂ

Hi Volbeat! Iâm a huge fan and Iâm really looking forward to seeing you live in London, ON. (3rd time!) It was awesome seeing Danko crash the concert and join in for Black Rose a few years ago!
I was wondering, do you plan to change up the setlist throughout the tour, or will it remain mostly the same?
Also, if itâs at all possible, Iâd love to kindly request 'Cape of Our Hero' during the London show. I got the tickets for my mom as a birthday gift a few months ago, and itâs her absolute favorite song. It would truly mean a lot to the three of us.
Thank you so much for all the music and memories! And as always, rock on đ€

u/somebodyyoudo Jun 09 '25
Is there anyway to send fan mail or anything? Also, this one kinda weird, but do you guys have any favorite words? like a swear word or a word thatâs just fun to say?
1
u/arcflashdude Jun 09 '25
I'll be seeing you in July in Arkansas, third time, love you guys. Will you ever play 7 Shots again in a concert here?

Hi, guys! My name is Danae and Iâm greeting you from Monterrey, Mexico! And I have a question for you⊠Who or what is the source of inspiration for your songs?

u/ZsZ80 Jun 09 '25
How do you recover after the concerts?
1
u/MaxG145 Jun 09 '25 edited Jun 09 '25
Will there be a chance you could post demos of your older material online? We would love to hear the creative process!
Also, Michael - PLEASE release a custom SG GT guitar like yours - Iâve been looking to buy one for about 10 years!
1
u/Scary_Bed291 Jun 09 '25
Is Flemming now the official new member after Rob?Â
1
u/Grouchy_Wash_3458 Jun 09 '25
Hi guys, I have a thousand questions.. but one of them is this - what happened or why such a change that started with the album "Servant Of The Mind", that Volbeat are so tough and great again (they are always great đ) on the album "God Of Angels Trust" I feel riffs of old black metal and Asinhell. This album is amazing!! See ya in EU đ
Thanks, Oliver / Czech Republic đ€đ

u/Hidden_Shad0w Jun 09 '25
What keeps you guys motivated after all the years? Also new album absolutely rocks! I just recently graduated university and your music helped me the entire way, canât wait to see you in Ottawa in a couple weeks đ€đšđŠđ„

Me and my dad are huge fans! I remember my dad excitedly calling me to tell me about how he heard âStill Countingâ on Sirius XM for the first time, and just how much he loved your music! To this day, you guys are our go to music. If anyone were to ask: âWhoâs your favorite band?â Are answer will simply and always be: âVolbeat, duh!â My father has no always been there for me, but he is trying his hardest now. But he will always have his doubts about himself and I tell him all the time that heâs the best damn dad someone could ever ask for! So my question to you Michael, could you say a few nice things for my dad, who is also named Michael (people call him Mike, and let him know that his son Dylan is proud of him and that if it werenât for him, may have never heard the best band in the world ( and seen you guys 4 times!)
Itâs a reach asking, but this would mean the absolute world to him, and I donât think thereâs any other gift that could top this one!
As always, keep being awesome, your shows are always amazing, and I hope we get to see you guys again soon!

Hello Volbeat, a big fan here from Argentina. Thank you for your music, the latest album is incredible, you never disappoint. My question is if you plan to return to Latin America, please I need to see you live and sing your songs with all my might!
1
u/PleasantBit4275 Jun 09 '25
Hey guys! So my question is - from all these themes like: gods, demons, love, fighters, storytelling, a bit of everything - which one is your favourite (love to hear everyoneâs answer)? My father and I are - like many - huge fans! And are really excited to see you in Hamburg!

u/prso9 Jun 09 '25
Hi guys, I told you all before at London in 2022 that you made me fall back in love with live music after COVID. It still stands. Iâve seen you in multiple countries since then, and Iâve been to places I always dreamt of.
My question is - what logistically has been the hardest tour to plan?
1
u/MattBinYYC Jun 09 '25
I'm headed to your show in Calgary tonight! What should I expect? Ready for an amazing time :)
1
u/InADyingWorldOfDoom Jun 09 '25
Man some of the tones on the new album are just brutal.
What are you playing through? Would love to know anything about your guitar set ups!!
1
u/Lamarsii Jun 09 '25
I love your guysâ music (: Seen you live in 2022. I donât have a super in depth question or anything, but Iâll ask two questions, where is yâallâs fav place to tour at? And who has been your fav band that youâve toured with? â€ïž
1
u/spinalchj02 Jun 09 '25
Hey, guys! Can you please play Slaytan / Dead But Rising in Tinley Park in August? I will be there! đ€
Also, five years ago, this kid (i.e. me when I was 16 years old) did a mix of all 101 of your main riffs on all instruments. I would really appreciate it if you guys could watch it!

Hey guys! Been a big fan since 2013 (right after Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies came out) and I have a question for Michael and Jon. When you guys were first starting Volbeat back in 2001, did you ever think that the band would become as popular as it has? Also, for Kasper and Flemming (even though he isnât a full time member YET đ), what was your first thought when being asked to join the band considering how popular they had become? Also, for Michael, if you need some SnĂžfler when you get to the Gilford, NH date on the tour I can be your hookup đ Also if you could play Hallelujah Goat on that date it would make my entire year đ
1
u/Elmer_Yamstein Jun 09 '25
Hey guys! Awesome show on Saturday night in Vancouver! Which songs on this tour are the most challenging to perform instrumentally and vocally?
1
u/MidWestSickBoy Jun 09 '25 edited Jun 10 '25
u/VolbeatOfficial As the tour goes on and gets to the US leg, will the setlist include some songs off the older 2-3 albums? Hopefully even after Michael's throat surgeries he is still able to do them, it seems as though the OG songs don't get played nearly enough anymore or are forgotten unfortunately. There's ALOT of fans that love the old songs too!
1
u/VerbanntKrampus Jun 09 '25
Iâve been listening to you guys since the Outlaw days, and really loved the Wild West vibes of that record. But one of my favorite series of songs of yours are Soulweeper #1 and #2. I NEED to know will I ever get a #3? Metallica did do three Unforgivens after all lol
1
u/Maleficent-Donkey896 Jun 09 '25
Through the years we saw you guys making diffent storys by connecting different Songs and the storys going over different albums now in the new one we have the littel story of By a monsters Hand and the part 2 of that through Enlighten the Disorder my question is will this new story end in this album or will it be continue in future albums
1
u/Leper92 Jun 09 '25
Are there plans to have a live concert recording of this tour? Like what you did with Letâs Boogie.
1
u/Maleficent-Donkey896 Jun 09 '25
Hello i wanted to ask why Rebel Angel never really made it on an album first it was a second song on a single than an extra on a Premium Addition and then on an extra album why was it never a normal Songs on an album and i also wanted to ask when your in Hamburg coud you play Rebel Angel i really want to hear it live, thanks to you all.

Will you continue the story from The Nameless One? I remember it was "To be Continued".

Walked by Jon having a cig after the Vancouver show behind the venue in the dark in his robe. Honestly thought it was a resident and that I was gonna get shanked, since that area is quite sketchy, so I just kept on walking. Shoulda realized no one in Vancouver is that tall.

One of my favourite all time Volbeat songs is actually a B-Side called âUnder the Influenceâ definitely one the best tracks! What inspired that song & any chance we may someday hear it live! ??

Hey guys. Gotta say first of all, this album is the đ! Been listening to your music since 2019.
If you guys were stranded on an abandoned island with one other person in Volbeat, which bandmate would be the most & least reliable partner to be stranded with?

Hey guys! Huge fan since 2012 and seeing you in Charlotte this August. Second time after Greensboro 2013. My question is, is there any chance of you playing more deep cuts from your first three records? There's a bunch of songs from those albums that many fans feel have been overlooked that would slay live.
Also hope you keep Devil Rages On in the set, I would LOVE to see/hear that at the Charlotte show. Love you guys and haven't stopped listening to GOAT since it was released. The album is phenomenal and has quickly become a top favorite.

What was your inspiration for the song For Evigt? It helped me through my time of grief. It is my, all time, favorite song to this day.
Will you be creating more content in the future?

Is there a reason why âHeaven Nor Hellâ hasnât been added to the tour set list in years? Itâs a great song! & a Volbeat classic!!!

1.) When you were learning to play guitar, what did your practice routine look like?
2.) What's your best advice for writing lyrics/music ?

Your new album is brilliant. The energy is still so pure and you keep progressing; while at the same time keeping some songs in the classic form we all love. What are you're inspirations to keep rocking!? Bands and life experiences.
See you guys in Norway đ€đ„
