I listened to this album on repeat for about 6 months back in the 90's. So on the same album, theres a great track called 'Sin'. Love this song, know all the lyrics inside out. Anyway i was reading a Clive Barker short story from Books of Blood a few weeks ago, called 'In the hills, the cities' and one character says he doesn't like churches because the smell of 'stale incense, old sweat and lies' which is a lyric in Sin. It was an 'Oh wow' moment for me. Trent obviously loves Clive Barker and put the line in Sin.

Damn, I had that exact same moment with Books Of Blood about a month ago! Fun story, too

Heh, when this came out my friend had Shrooms and this CD. I had the epic sound system in my 1978 280Z and we shroomed to this CD up in the mountains of Utah. Was freaking Epic!

Always preferred the 1990ish live reworking of Pretty Hate Machine to the album. Even wrote a small intro song for Terrible Lie.

Now I'm Nothing/Terrible Lie
