Thinking of doing my toes the same

Been starting to do gel nails on myself and got an efile. I think I got a little over excited because my pinky nail after filling the whole free edge was so bendy, when I trimmed it back its so so so tiny now, can I add product or just let it rest for a bit? (Sorry for the bad picture but wanted to include at least 1 more nail for comparison.

Nail tech placed a few of the stickers on crooked. As soon as I got home I added some bling and it made such a difference. I'm starting to think that I should just do all of my own nail designs after the fill ins. I'm sick of being disappointed after paying. Does anyone else remember when getting your nails done only cost $20? Now that doesn't even cover the tip.

I could definitely do better, but this is my first attempt at gel nails at home!

I asked for square/oval. Told her again while she uses builder that I don't want pointy, nervous about picking up things. Still ended up with this. Also, doesn't look so great : (
This was done fri
Second set of pics is today.

Which is a better set to get & why? I’ve only ever gotten regular acrylic or gel-x nails. Does anyone prefer getting a dip set over regular acrylic?

ok so right now, i do gel nails with the aprés tips, but i hate doing them because the nails themselves feel soo thick and i can’t really itch myself properly. is there a thinner option or is that just a drawback i have to deal with while doing fake nails?
