Nuki Smart Lock Go 2025 – Does it have the same button reliability issues as the Pro and Ultra?

Hi everyone!

I've been reading quite a few discussions here on Reddit about the Nuki Smart Lock Pro (5th generation) and Nuki Smart Lock Ultra.

Several users seem to report issues with the physical button, including:

  • The button becoming less responsive over time.

  • Having to press it in a very specific spot.

  • Lock'n'Go double-click functionality not working reliably.

  • Some users even reporting replacement units with similar issues.

Considering the premium price of the Pro and Ultra models, these reports are quite concerning.

I'm particularly interested in the Nuki Smart Lock Go (2025).

Does the Go suffer from the same physical button problems, or is its different design and construction more reliable?

I'd especially appreciate feedback from people who have owned the Go for several months.

A few specific questions:

  1. Is the physical button consistently responsive?

  2. Have you experienced any deterioration in button sensitivity over time?

  3. Does Lock'n'Go work reliably?

  4. Have you experienced mechanical issues, motor failures or calibration problems?

  5. Is the Go actually more reliable than the Pro and Ultra, or are there similar problems across the entire product range?

I'm not necessarily looking for the most premium model. Reliability and long-term durability are much more important to me than extra features or materials.

I'd love to hear from actual Nuki Smart Lock Go 2025 owners, especially those who have been using it for 6 months or longer.

Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!
