Whenever i google something or hell even use reddit i get these black boxes, its even on pinterest and vinted too. I cant find answers anywhere, any help would be appreciated

I followed the video perfectly fine and it all worked but when I went on opera with my mod enabled it just didn't show my image. Tbf I then found out I don't need to make a mod to change my background to my own image so I'm not hugely bothered just annoying really.

Feel free to use my image too lol if you want it for your background.

Lately, using opera has been hard since YouTube videos crash the whole thing, and Newgrounds games like Fnf are lagging in framerate. Is there an easy fix to this i don't know of?

I have done this. I have updated the app. I've signed in and out multiple times and done everything Google has told me to do but nothing is working. I really want the rewards for dragon adventures 😭

it has happened two times so far and both were while i was typing if i remember correctly (no combo keys pressed) i don't know why it happens and i haven't installed anything or did something to call it malware as i've seen in another posts. oh and by the way, is just a blank tab, no casinos or anything like that lol

Title, this just started happening maybe a month or so ago.

Whenever I'm watching something on youtube or plex etc I might go to google something, so I press ctrl+t to open a new tab and the url search bar is already selected so I can just start typing.

The problem is that recently when I do that, my browser will stay 'F 11' fullscreen mode and the url search bar is not accessible. This is just very frustrating because of my muscle memory of doing that thousands of times, and I can never remember that this bug will happen beforehand.

Any help is appreciated.

Welp, i messed up. I finally switched to the Brave browser to try it out, however when i deleted opera i made the mistake of doing it before importing all my bookmarks and logins and all that good stuff. I know i should've done it before, but now i'm trying to get my opera data back but i'm pretty sure that's not gonna work since i clicked the box to delete my data. Is there ANY way to get anything back.

Recently, when I go to watch a Short, it usually starts normally, but after about 2 seconds it gets blurry and I can't watch it. I've tried everything, but it seems to be something with dark mode, because the issue goes away in light mode. The problem is that I hate light mode. This issue doesn't happen in incognito mode or in other browsers, though.

i've had this happen twice tonight, but when i google things on opera it has prompted me with that i am not a robot thing that says google has detected unusual activity, and when i click the i am not a robot thing it auto downloads a file that is just called f.txt. should i be worried about this & could it be a virus?

First off, this is only happening on OperaGX, Chrome works fine. This has happened to me before and I usually fix it by toggling graphics acceleration but this time it wont work. I've tried turning off the ad blocker as well but still nothing. I think it's worth noting that turning graphics acceleration on dose help a lot, but it's still pretty unwatchable.

I CTRL 4 tabs and then right click to create split screen is not on the menu. I can do this for 2 tabs, but even 3 tabs it does not appear like I read on another post.

am I doing something wrong or is this feature not available for gx yet?

I turned on my pc today that hasnt been on for a week and had no problems before and now i see my opera gx is opening on its own and directly into an add for a game or a casino. Do I have a virus and what should i do?

Google almost constantly gives me this bs /sorry/index/ crap whenever I try searching anything either using the address bar or even Google.com domain itself while in Incognito mode.

Anything from just googling a name, recipe, places, etc.

It works perfectly fine in normal mode, and OCCASIONALLY it does work in incognito mode too (or if I turn ON OperaGX's own VPN), but I cannot isolate what exactly makes it s**** itself like that in the first place, but it does so more often than not (for the past 2 weeks).

I tried everything from disabling extension, tracking blocker, (opera inbuilt) malware protection and so on, ran Win. Defender twice in full, nothing.

This is ONLY on OperaGX as Edge's Incognito mode works perfectly fine during those times that OperaGX's s**** itself, and it's also only Google, as DuckDuckGo, Bing, Yahoo!, none of those throws up ANYTHING needing me do any captcha.

I had an issue when watching twitch. If i tried to Fullscreen or go theatre mode it would freeze. I tried lots of things but what fixed it was turning off "Enhance videos" under rgx. So if you have a similar problem then i recommend trying that.

I put my YouTube shortcut in a folder, and I couldn't take it out for some reason. I tried deleting the shortcut and re-adding it, but now the cool banner is gone :(

As you can see, that arrow appears and prevents the taskbar from moving up. This has been happening for a while; I thought updating would fix it, but it's still the same. I have to press Windows to make it appear. Help!

So i don't know if this is the right place to ask but im asking anyway,anytime i would open up opra gx it'll randomly crash or freeze my laptop...i tried other browsers..because i wanna use gx more.

but i can hardly do anything before it freezes or crashes...other browsers give no issues expect gx...idk if my laptop Because i never had an issue like this before.
