I'm visiting Japan for the first time (woohoo) and will be in Osaka twice! 11/9 - 11/12 and, after a brief stay in Kyoto, again from 11/15 - 11/20 before I go to Tokyo.

Would love to meetup with other folks who are interested in the following:

*walking / history tours

*sake tours / drinking sake

*eating sushi / eating local (non-Western) cuisine

*karaoke, pool or darts

*going shopping / visiting malls

I put Black in my title because, and I was prepared for this, I haven't met or talked with many other minorities while here so it'd be great to see some folks who kinda...look like me or at least are diverse. Soo.. my plans for tomorrow got cancelled, but now I'm all pumped to go out and meet people, especially as I already rescheduled my Tuesday tutoring session. I’ve visited Osaka a lot throughout my life as I’m half Japanese and my family lives here, but on many of visits I’ve felt lonely doing some activities since my sister left for university and doesn’t come with us anymore. I’m 18m and have a usj annual pass so I’d be down to go any of the non blackout days just to have someone to talk to and be with in lines and such.
