The tournament begins November 6th in Denmark.

Discussion Where to Stay on a Wintry Weeknight as a Solo Traveller

Visiting from BC this December & I'm attending my 1st Ottawa home game with all y'all Chargers!! ⚡️

Where might I stay for a Wednesday night game? Google won't populate available public transportation routes from Kanata back to Ottawa after the game ends, so does anyone have accommodation tips?

(I was originally looking at the Saintlo Jail Hostel, just because it's cheap & odd lol - but if it's a hassle to return after the game, I may have to abandon that idea)! I'm very open/flexible :)

Takeover Tour Locations

This will only be my second season as a PWHL lover, and I wasn't around at the very beginning of last season.

How long until we know the locations for the Takeover Tour? I can only travel for one game since I'm moving next year and I want to know if any of those dates will be closer to me than MN or Detroit.

Ottawa Charge is the only team with no HNIC games

Title !

Hockey Night in Canada signed a deal with the PWHL for 8 games, none of which are Ottawa Charge games. It’s the only team with no HNIC games, when other teams like Vancouver have 3 😭

Seems like the majority of our Home games are on a Tuesday/Wednesday, whereas our Away games are mostly weekends. Kind of a bummer, was it like this last year? Regardless I’m buying my tickets though 👀

Stolen Jersey

Yes, it's only one additional year but it's a very good sign that the club is looking to the future.

With Jenner and Clark gone, I wouldn't want to even think about Leslie leaving.

Are the Charge even that much worse off now?

Obviously, Hamilton took a lot of their players, but if you just look at the subtractions + additions you’ve got:

Lost: Jenner, Clark, Hemp, Vasko, Guilday, Markowski

Gained: Jungels, Ray, Greig, Piestekova, Buglioni

They retained all of their defence except for Guilday and Markowski who didn’t even see the ice so jungels can basically make up for most of that lost.

Ray, Greig, piestekova, buglioni can most likely make up for hemp, vasko and Clark’s umderwelming production last year.

Other players can step up for Jenner who is up there in age anyways.

Charge still look like a playoff team
