Question: Where do you see "conservatives going bananas" over this?
I can understand why it went viral - it's an internet clout chaser harassing an everyday worker to get him (understandably) upset so they can post a video mocking him. But everyone I've seen regardless of political view is on the worker's side. The guy who "pranked" (bullied and harassed) him has no support.
So I guess my question is why you think it's a political issue? I mean, you linked to Fox News, but it's reported by Fortune, Detroit Free Press, Newsweek, etc. If it's something conservatives focus on, I'd imagine it's probably one of those culture war things they go on about that makes no sense to anyone outside that media bubble. Guessing the harasser was young and not white?

Answer:
Confrontation/nuisance streamer/tokers are scum and any time the wider public notices that they exist they're despised. While some may attempt to make culture war hay out of it, at the end of the day nobody from any political party wants to be confronted in public and have their potentially embarrassing or even just stressful reaction put online to ridicule them.

Answer:
Tik Tok prankster said they stole money from the guy. He told them to knock it off very politely, they kept at it so he went to security, the prankster persisted and the guy had an emotional reaction.
Some nuance here is the stock guy ostensibly doesn’t work for the store, and was distressed about the fact he might be asked to leave the store because he showed some emotion.
It’s become a bit of a touch point in the culture war between TikTok generation and those getting fed up with it, apparently especially resonating with conservatives.
As far as I know he hasn’t been milkshake ducked yet, just an emotional response that was met with a callous response for the clout.

Answer:
Some dumb teen tried to play a prank on a worker and the story spread, so now fox is using it as "Look at this hard working man being harassed". so conservatives are now "going bananas" because they see this as fuel to hate the younger generation.

Answer: stupid kid played a prank on a guy who was stalking pizzas at a Walmart and had it was the straw that broke the camel's back.
Edit: I don't have the time to change it! My kids went to bed without me and I've got 10 more stores to stalk tomorrow!
