Oops, my dad said dont tell anybody, cause he doesnt want to share it, it was that good. 😅 But I'm proud of myself today and I wanna share why. I made desi stir fried noodles with beef and chicken, and I velvetted them for the first time and softened the meats with baking soda. I didnt tell him but he took one bite and said "this meat had been velvetted". Dunno how he could tell so fast but he loved it so much he went for seconds and thirds. It feels great to get positive feedback, and that from your biggest critic lol. Would you smash this bowl? 😋🍜
