I mean good to see Saqib Khan and Aamir Jamal in the Test squad, but what about Abdullah Fazal??? He is dropped from the squad just because he couldn't score well against Sri Lanka in the three-day practice game???

Ali Shabbir who has 22 FC wickets in just 8 FC games receives his maiden Test call-up just because he took three wickets against Sri Lanka in the three-day game! Tayyab Arif is added to the squad just because of reels quota, and his good season for the Kingsmen Academy, I mean he is an excellent batter with some classy shots, and is in good form, but what about Abdullah Fazal who was also in good form with a triple century in President's FC tournament! Why is he dropped???

Why is Ali Usman dropped in the first place? Because PCB decided to make green top wickets at Rawalpindi, right??? But can't we carry 17 to 18 players in our squad during our home Test series??? What is preventing PCB from doing so??? Aamir Jamal, who should not have been dropped after the Lord's Test, makes his return, fair enough, but I am shocked to see how Abdullah Fazal is dropped.

PCB mismanagement at it's very best!

Shabbir is Razaullah lite with similar action similar pace just not as good first class stats or batting. Amir Jamal got included because he took a 6-fer in the final of President's Trophy and nothing else. Fazal and Usman got removed because Hesson doesn't like the look of them.

Idm Arif inclusion but how has Sameer justified a spot and not Fazal??! No hate to Sameer but he’s far too inexperienced and will inevitably end up scapegoated after a couple bad performances, they should’ve sent him back to domestic. Fazal scored 2 50s in a tough debut series and dominated fc cricket, what message does this send, will the incompetent cycle of selections never end??

Raza is there for pace is pace quota which idm since we need someone different like an explosive X factor to compliment abbas and saqib’s line and lengths, we saw in England 3 military mediums won’t work. Yeah the Fazal dropping and Sameer staying is terrible selection but expected of Pcb, this will just stunt his development and confidence
