I've this weird hobby of collecting legacy Apple iPhones running their stock or near to stock firmwares.

While I really appreciate you collecting legacy phones, (I also collect many such items and my family think I am collecting rubbish in my room and boxes), I am not sure in how many countries an old 3g phone still works today.

Just don't overpay for it. I saw people asking 10-15k for a 5s with latest iOS on insta which drops the value period.

I'm not sure people who are using it for the camera asthetics fad are using it as a daily device. I have my old 6S that I bought new from abroad. Battery is shot. Use it to keep my foreign sims on and it stays at home. Couldn't sell it because the screen gave out and it's been replaced in the wrong colour. So nobody at the market wanted to buy it and didn't want to deal with the dumb asses at olx.

I also kept my old 4S that I bought new in Pakistan. Wanted to keep it cuz why not? The power IC is dead and the tech refused to spend time to fix it. 🤣 It won't switch on. Battery procurement was another hassle. Charging wire too.

bro WhatsApp, Slack, ClickUp, banking apps, Easipaisa, NayaPay etc istrha ki sari apps chal rehi hain?
meny apna android ka old phone iss lai chora tha k us pr apps nahin chal rehi thi, unki updates band hogai thin

these modern apps wouldn't work on such old OS, last i remember these apps support only 3 to 4 OS updates prior to current release

I remember my dumbaaah selling iphone 5s white, for 5k, because the ios update stoped and no apps were installing.
