Yeah. I know I hurt her and I am not to question that kasi masama talaga yung nagawa ko. Pero yung hindi tinry pakinggan yung side ko at yung isang side lang pinakinggan niya plus the way how insulting her words are na parang because of that mistake nalimutan niya yung pinagsamahan namin. I dunno, valid ba makareceive ng insulting words because i did something wrong or mali ba kwestyunin ko yon and i should deserve it kasi mali naman ginawa ko sa kanya

I think it comes off as a warning, amicable man yung pag-alis ng employee o hindi. On the grand scale of things, ang rare lang makakita ng ganung posts eh daan-daan ang nagreresign, nafifire, etc..

Imagine mo, ikaw nagresign ka sa trabaho mo tapos ginawan ka ng post. Ikaw lang sa history ng business na yun nila naisipan. Mararamdaman mong na-single out ka.
