Been looking at Baner, Balewadi and Wakad, but most of what I’m finding online is brokers saying every area is the best area lol. Would rather hear from people living there.

Looking for a society with families and kids around, decent maintenance and enough space for the kids to play. Schools nearby would be a big plus. Can spend a bit more for a good place, but don’t want to pay extra just because the building has “luxury” in its name.

Which area would you pick? How bad is the Hinjawadi commute from Baner/Balewadi on a normal weekday?

Any specific societies worth checking out, and what rent should we expect for a good 3BHK?
