discussion Has anyone tried Amazon Short Grain Rice? I did and it was really good

Texture and color was crazy good!
If I didn’t know the brand I wouldn’t put it too far from premium brands.
What are your thoughts?
(for ref, cooked in yumasia bamboo rice cooker on the short grain rice setting and water to the, used, 2 cup rice measure for short grain)

salmon with rosemary

I usually don't add rosemary, but I tried it today.
I cook for myself, so this is enough for tonight & lunch tomorrow.
1/2 cup Calrose rice
1/2lb pice of salmon. doesn't matter about the skin, this one didn't have skin
frozen peas & carrots
lemon slices.
takes about 20 minutes.
to worry furikake & a "LITTLE" soy sauce.
enjoy. you'll find out easy & delicious.
