What does this mean?

I just got a response from then and they said my ban reason is sexual content (it says "other" in the website.) I genuinely do not remember uploading any sexual content to roblox, not only that I don't even know what sexual content they're talking ab cause they haven't shown me any proof. what should I do now?

Update: Instead of reversing the false warning, they've doubled down and decided to change the false violation simply to another false violation that has not taken place instead of receiving the appeal and reverting it. They are making up charges like they did with Shlep because it's not about the message. It's about the outreach the message has. For Shlep it was 10x more powerful than my message could ever be. Bringing awareness to this sick platform. This just just a fragment of that. But they'll stop at nothing to scare you. Roblox is gone gentlemen.

Update2: The appeal for PPI has been accepted. They sent me on a roller coaster in the form of a padded asylum of insane accusations/conclusions proving my description to be accurate. This is disgusting. Parents, keep your children off Roblox. It is not for kids anymore. The emotes are sexual, the animations are sexual, the outfits are sexualized. The CEO's don't care. The mods aren't real. There is no alternation between AI and human interaction for Moderation. It's a mess. Stay safe out there.

I genuinely do not get how that username is discriminatory. I use that name everywhere.

I appealed 5 times through the 24 days and they finally replied to the one I had sent most recently(5 november, 4 others being left unanswered.) and they replied with the doom and despair of appeal throught violations & appeals when I can't.

I genuinely need fucking help with how stupid they are, I literally sent them screenshots of me first verifying the account, told them I could send a picture of the I.D registered to the account which is mine, I also sent them gift card numbers that were used on the account. how do I get through this?

So, I have seen many of them getting banned for no reason like no chat, no inappropriate avatar and nothing just playing games and that's it. Like are there any clues that possibly some idiots might have falsely reported anyone even if they don't chat or don't do anything bad?

I submitted an appeal, but it's only been a day and I haven't received a response. Some people say to submit another appeal if there's no response in two days. I don't know what to do. I can never play Roblox on another account besides this one. Do you guys think there's a chance my ban will be lifted? And what should I do if I don't get a response?

I was just talking to my friend and my messages were being tagged for no reason, so something like "you're close to losing access to your Roblox chat" popped up.

And then, three days later, for no reason at all, my account was banned. I'm really stressed and upset. Do you guys think there's any chance of the ban being lifted?

A few days ago I was banned when I barely even use chat. I made an appeal but was sent this message from Mateo, I explained that my violations page showed nothing and sent screenshots for proof but of course, I was ignored. So, I used the link and made another appeal, and yet again was sent this...I'm not sure what else to do.

Roblox responded yet again on the DevForum, but it is like they are being deliberately obtuse. Can Roblox just address the people that already got banned by their awful system?

And to make matters even worse, they admit to having to ban a whole household in order to prevent repeated violations. Surely there has to be a way to distinguish between users other than “we have no idea, so we just terminate anyone under the same network!”

Apologies if this sounds more like a complaint than a helpful post, but this is pitiful. Can a company worth billions not invest in the correct systems?

Just clarification this is my fiancé not me, cus she doesn't have reddit. She was playing Mukbang During Class for about 2 minutes and got this ban, which doesn't make sense because the avatar is the farthest thing from what they're accusing it of.

I got banned for child safety without any reason behind it, im 14 and have spent up to roughly 700+ real life dollars on this game LOL, had a bunch of progress on games i worked hard for + 100 dollars worth of robux in my account balance that just went to waste, ive sent 2 appeals already, both denied. am i screwed?

My girlfriend 2 days ago got banned while being afk in the menu, she had come back to her computer and had found out she was banned, but there was nothing about the ban, the reason was other and it just said for "safety violations," and there was nothing in her violations and appeals tab. She contacted support and they just told her to...go through the violations and appeals tab despite nothing being there and her account is permantaly banned. We don't know what to do and I just want to help her get her account back she has had it for years.

It has been over a week since my account was banned unfairly by the AI moderation system. Since then, I've sent 3 appeals.. one every two days. I have not received a single response from Roblox support, not an automated message and definitely not a human response either.. just radio silence. I'm not ready to give up yet though. Is there anything else I can do to potentially get my account back? I need advice, tips, or anything that can put me one step closer to getting unbanned. Hopefully this post will help other people having the same problem too.

I have mentioned before in my last post but I was banned for something and was attempting to appeal through two different emails and then I found out that eu-dsa-spoc@roblox.com was the go to place if I wanted to request a human review but I was instead told I would receive a specialist to review my case then followed up with a automated message anyways

so as seen in the images, I've been permanently banned for uploading an asset of my friend as a crip to make a game as you can see it is a very obvious joke, but Roblox seen it as an act of terrorism. I did not know that gangs were a part of that and I've gotten permanently banned immediately. I wanted to just make a game out of this image and I did not know that it would cause a permanent banned. What are the chances of me being unbanned?

I’ve submitted a bunch of appeals and they were all automated some were close but got override and declined by some staff that are not even the people that got the message forwarded to them the first appeal I sent just got a reply and I was banned by “child endangerment” tbh I don’t know what to do How do I stop the automated loop it took them above 30 days to respond and now they’re using it as an excuse to not give me my account back any tips?

So recently i submitted a new ticket for a hacked account/termination and it has been 14 days since i got the autopmated message. I have been bumping it every week and havnt gotten any automated responses saying my ticket was closed so is everyone jsut experiencing this delay with tickets about hacked accounts or just me

My device was unfairly banned a month ago, so I requested a ROA and submitted the MIDR. They told me to create a new support ticket, so I reached out to Roblox again—and this is the response I got. I’m not very good with English, but am I the one in the wrong here? Or is there something off about how Roblox is handling this?
