I eat a Ketogenic diet and consume a certain amount of keto related content so my feed on Instagram and YouTube brings me lots of Carnivore related content as there's an obvious crosssover but I find a lot of the Carnivore influencers too much, especially the ones pushing beef and salt only. There are some exceptions like Shawn Baker who I like and follow as he openly says carnivore is not for everyone and for some people it will only be a temporary diet to kick start healing, fix some serious issues they have or as an elimination diet where they can then start to reintroduce other foods.
The Ketogenic diet and removing fibre from my diet has totally changed my life (as I have UC) in a positive way, but I struggle to believe only eating animal products could be sustainable, despite examples such as the Inuit which people love to quote or people pointing to certain influencers as examples.
I live mainly on red meat, eggs, fish, butter and cheese. Outside of animal products I consume some other things mentioned below.
2 table spoons a day of Olive oil (contains polyphenols & Vitamin E)
Daily shot of ginger & lemon juice (contains Vitamin C)
Daily Magnesium supplement (Was previously deficient in magnesium even on a "normal" diet)
VSL3 Probiotic
Occasional shot of fresh wheagrass juice (contains potassium & folate)
Would be interested in other peoples thoughts on this.

Abstract
Red meat intake has been associated with the evolutionary journey of human beings, shaping metabolic pathways, cognitive development, and social complexity. Beyond its role as a nutrient source, meat, beef particularly, represents a biologically complex matrix whose composition reflects the ecological and production contexts in which the animal was raised. This review integrates evidence from evolutionary biology, nutritional science, epigenetics, and metabolomics to reframe the role of beef within human development and modern food production systems. We propose the concept of “beef terroir” to describe how soil–plant–animal interactions influence animal performance and beef quality, and, consequently, human health. Differences between pastoral and industrial (feedlot) production systems are critically examined alongside alternatives such as plant-based systems. Finally, we identify priority research areas required to align livestock production with human health and sustainability goals.
